This is our go-to hotel for our annual Normandy/Honfleur holiday and, as expected, we received a warm welcome, great service, fabulous staff and quiet and comfortable rooms. One area that could be improved is the breakfast. Meat and fish products are served next to vegetarian/vegan selection and some of the fresh fruit was over ripe (bordering on inedible on some days). Otherwise, I can fully recommend this hotel and plan to return.

“Lovely hotel-great location”
Staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very clean and rooms were quiet. Easy walk to explore town. Parking on site, but you must request ahead of arrival. Very glad we did as there was little parking in the central area by the quai and old town! Recommend.

The hotel is particularly suitable for exploring the city on foot. However, it is important for car drivers to reserve a hotel car park in advance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our privilege room was functionally furnished and very clean. Although these rooms face the street, we were not bothered by any noise. The breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel, with several types of cheese and bread. The breakfast room, on the other hand, was quite small, so the atmosphere was a bit hectic due to the many guests there.
