We stayed at Hotel for 4 nights as we were visiting the Normandy area. The Hotel has a very central location with parking and staff are all exceptionally helpful in particular the reciptionist Aurelie and her colleagues who gave us very helpful tips on places to visit in Normany. Hotel is very clean with spacious room and good breakfast. We highly recommend as we really had a enjoyable stay. John and Monica

The hotel is very well located and the bed for a third person in a room with two other people has a good mattress. The staff is very gentle and polite, from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. The hotel is very well located and the bed for a third person in a room with two other people has a good mattress. The staff is very gentle and polite, from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. I would just add that the hotel needs to have room service at least, even thought the hotel is located near Monoprix and some restaurants, having room service is kind of important.

“Very nice hotel, but rooms very small”

Comfortable rooms but very small. Our original room was tiny and we requested a larger room and were provided with one. Comfortable bed and clean room. TV has only 2 English stations, both UK. Needed a bit more English speaking TV Chanels, with better reception

We travelled to Caen by motorcycle and found it difficult to find this hotel as it is surrounded by various one-way streets and pedestrian precincts - the underground car park (extremely low head-room) is another challenge to locate ! Our stay was spoilt by ending up with a pokey room right up in the attic which the senior lady in reception insisted was an Executive Room and I should be grateful as the hotel had upgraded me from the Superior Room that I had booked 3 months previously - it certainly was NOT an Executive Room - I booked the Superior Room based on Booking.com's picture of the room having a juliet-style balcony which would help with my claustrophobia - it was obvious that Reception had messed up my booking and the room was the only one available as the hotel was full up ! Anyway, I had an unpleasant night in our very dark, claustrophobic and airless room in the roof, and no, I won't be staying at this hotel again !
