“Super spot”
Clean, friendly, one-night no-frills stay with excellent breakfast. A good budget option for a stay before ferry or to explore Normandy beaches. Plenty of car parking space. Apartments were functional but clean and the reception staff very friendly.

“great value”
Basic accommodation, very clean, great location for the work I had, great value for the cost. There was a breakfast option that we did not try, but was told that it was good for the cost. It would be good to be able to provide two keys for the room, if needed.

“Good value for the money”
The location, just outside of the city centre couldn't be much better. It's located about 100 meters from the ring road making it ideal for getting to the Normandy sites. The location, just outside of the city centre couldn't be much better. It's located about 100 meters from the ring road making it ideal for getting to the Normandy sites. About a 15 minute walk from the town centre and 10 minutes walk to the large supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked if the bedside light bulbs could be changed for less powerful ones and they were. The soap dispenser was effectively empty and was replaced. The room was clean and comfortable. The socket under the desk was accessible for laptop and other sockets could be used for phone etc. Equipment was just about adequate. For example there were no tall glasses. only wine glasses and very small tumblers. The wasn't a bottle opener or cork screw, fortunately we have one in the car. The only spoons were coffee spoons. The room was also in need of refurbishment. pictures missing from the walls and fittings in the bathroom were loose. There were no instructions for the microwave. Also the automatic light on the ground floor corridor is almost halfway down the corridor, about 10 meters from the fire door. Why not fit it by the door way?. There is a garden available at the rear. Having said all of that, it was probably the quietest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Would we stay there again - yes.

“A clean and comfortable stop-over for the night”
Basic yet comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of town; we used it as a stop-over for one night. The kitchenette was useful and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we freezer box did not work but otherwise the place was very neat.
