“Well situated”
Situated between the inner parts of the city center and the eastern parts of the city walls, this hotel is central. Fairly good price considering the location. “Full of character, v close to town centre”
Hotel reception is v stylish with leather chairs and lovely rugs, also a bar. Our room was on the first floor up a stone spiral staircase, and had lots of exposed stone walls and beams. “A bit worn down hotel”
The hotel does not live up to the beautiful pictures on their website. Generally feels a bit worn down and the air inside feels stuffy. Cleaning is so so and broken tiles and moldy spots in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very simple. Low three star rating.

“In need of renovation”
Older hotel in need of renovation. Bathroom door did not close properly, and water sounds from many other rooms could be heard at night. Breakfast was basic with limited choices and no fruit. OK for one night but there are many better choices in this charming town.
