We had a truly wonderful experience at the Ibis Styles Cap 3000! The room was great with everything we needed BUT the staff was incredible! We cannot say enough about how kind and accommodating everyone was, however, one particular person stands out as being exceptional! Lena in reception, went far above and beyond what anyone could ask of her. I had carelessly left my wife's Iphone in the room safe, an oversight which we did not discover until we received notification from Lena on our arrival back in Canada. During the course of the past three plus weeks Lena has been amazing in ensuring that our Iphone was returned safely to us. Our most sincere thanks, Lena!

“Great stay at Ibis Styles Cap 3000”
We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is very good, a shuttle bus from the airport is also very welcome. I and my husband drive but sons fly to meet us. We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is very good, a shuttle bus from the airport is also very welcome. I and my husband drive but sons fly to meet us. They have an excellent family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Also having Cap Shopping Centre about 2 mins walk away is so handy with many restaurants and an amusement area on the top floor. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is perfectly situated near to the bus stop and train station allowing you to explore Nice and the surrounding areas very easily. Highly recommended!

We flew into Nice airport late afternoon and the fact there were complimentary transfers from the airport to the hotel encouraged me to book it. The room was also a reasonable price at £140 a night and this was during the high season and the week-end of the Tour de France in Nice. The transfer from the airport went very smoothly, You simply go to the airport information desk and there is a phone where you dial the number for the hotel and the shuttle arrived at Terminal 2 within 10 minutes for the 5 minutes' ride to the hotel. Check in was excellent, We were greeted by a young chap who spoke excellent English and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and he set the tone for the hotel and our visit. Other reviewers are correct and have said the bedroom is very compact but we commented on how well it had been designed to include lots of things in such a tight space. The shower was good, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning efficient and we had complimentary water and a safe which was useful. The room was quiet and all in all, for an overnight stay it was fine but we both agreed it would be fine for a longer stay if you are a single person but for a couple the room had its challenges, particularly when moving around! Breakfast was included and we took this outside near the pool. The spread and quality was very good with delicious breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, croissants, eggs to boil yourself and very good coffee, despite it coming out of a machine. Our transfer back to Terminal 1 was clockwork and we booked this the day before as the shuttle seems to go on the hour and with limited places. All in all, we had a very pleasant airport hotel stay and we thought it great value for money, very clean with reasonable facilities and a short walk to the shopping Mall, beach and a host of beach front restaurants !
