“Perfect for a few nights”
Very clean, tidy, friendly and we will return next year, it's ideally situated for the beach, lots of bars and restaurants and a very safe feel in the area generally Nice is the cleanest city we have ever visited, we will be returning next year

Absolutely wonderful time spent in Nice. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't avail of the WiFi in the hotel because we didn't need it. The breakfast was very nice but granola with fruit rather than cho… more
Absolutely wonderful time spent in Nice. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't avail of the WiFi in the hotel because we didn't need it. The breakfast was very nice but granola with fruit rather than chocolate pieces would be more healthy and less sweet, but that's just my preference. The ladies that served breakfast and did the housekeeping were very friendly and obliging. We would highly recommend this centrally located hotel. Definitely coming back. A special thank you to Loan for all her help and advice.

Comfortable hotel in good location. Short walk to bars and beach. Room rather dark and dated but good night's sleep. Attended for sons wedding in san Jeanette's. Visited for a short trip to nice. Optimally suited for exploring nice, with good access by foot to the old town and shopping areas, place de massena. “A good mid priced hotel”
Hotel Suede is very nicely located close to the beach and the high street. The tram stop directly to/from the airport is only some 500m away so getting there is very easy if one has has draggable luggage. The staff at the reception is multilingual and very friendly and they let us store our bags in… more
Hotel Suede is very nicely located close to the beach and the high street. The tram stop directly to/from the airport is only some 500m away so getting there is very easy if one has has draggable luggage. The staff at the reception is multilingual and very friendly and they let us store our bags in the luggage room after check out. The bathroom was a little on the small side and there was also some noise from the street until the restaurants closed. An OK hotel.
