My daughter and I spent four nights at this Holiday Inn at the beginning of August. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, the location can't be beat: far enough away from the busier parts of town, but super close to fantastic bakeries and restaurants. There are two grocery stores within 5 mins walking distance, and the beach is approximately 10 mins from the hotel. I surprised my 15-year old daughter with a perfume workshop (where you make your own perfume), and I was pleasantly surprised that the workshop was only three minutes from the hotel (super convenient). The AC was wonderful - not a noise window-mounted unit (I am a light sleeper, and while I don't need it super cold, I usually have a rough time sleeping when there is any kind of noise, especially from an AC unit). I usually opted for the al-fresco breakfast and watched the world go by while enjoying a nice cup of coffee, fruit, and some wonderful fresh bread and cold cuts and cheese. But the best part about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I can't wait to return!!!

Nice hotel, located in central and respectable area of Nice. Modern and elegant decor. Breakfast room in the morning turned to be a restaurant in the evening, large and modern decorated. There was a good variety of different types of food in the breakfast. We had two connected rooms on the eighth floor. The rooms are big and comfortable, showing an aging, but still fine and clean. The bed is comfortable and a great choice of pillows. The view from the room is gorgeous. In the end of October the weather was perfect, so we didn’t use an air conditioner. There is a small fitness room on last floor with a small terrace and great views. I would recommend this hotel and hope we come back once.

“Ideal Location!!”

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Nice in late August 2024. It is situated in an ideal area - it is within walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais and various other places. We were able to get early check in and the daily breakfast offered a nice range of options. I would recommend and stay here agai… more

“Great Location But Some Construction Noise”

The hotel is in a fabulous location next to cafe's shops and only 50 metres from the tram station. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and polite and the room was a good size with a very comfortable king size bed. The hotel is in a fabulous location next to cafe's shops and only 50 metres from the tram station. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and polite and the room was a good size with a very comfortable king size bed. If it was not for the construction going on in the hotel and the noise associated with the construction then I would have rated the hotel as four and above average. The noise however was very intrusive and made staying in the room very uncomfortable during the day. Luckily Nice is a lovely city and I was able to get out and about in glorious sunshine and not spend too. much time in the room.
