“A very good budget option”

Stayed for one night over a long weekend in Nice. Parking facilities were great; no issue getting a space and was worth paying for given the wider lack of parking (we had stayed elsewhere hence the need for a car - if only staying in the city I wouldn’t bother). There was no issue with early check in (payable but suited me) and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Late check out paid for also with no issues; no issues with paying for either as liked the availability being so easy. Room was basic but perfectly adequate - super clean and comfortable with good air con. The only downside was a lack of plug sockets other than on the desk but only a minor inconvenience. Bed perfectly comfortable. Similarly, bathroom large and clean with a good shower, plenty of towels and body wash supplied. Location wise this is definitely slightly further out than other options however you can be in the hubbub in less than 10 mins flat walk and it is super close to public transport options although I did not use and walked anywhere and everywhere! Drinks from bar we found more than reasonably priced and the coffee was good. The little outside courtyard was a lovely area to sit. Did not take breakfast in so can’t comment. Overall, would definitely stay again when I plan to return at a similar time next year - thank you!

Just stayed at Easyhotel Nice. Firstly the staff are great, breakfast is also a plus at just over €8 per person, & location to the port is ideal. The hotel itself is very basic rooms are on a par with old style butlins chalets in the 90s. There is a few shelves for clothes and hanger space for about 6 hangers. There is no bins in rooms you need to ask for a bag at reception and take rubbish to the front desk. You also can get clean towels from the front desk also but will not be replenished need to ask for them. We stayed 4 nights and if you wanted room cleaned this was a paid extra. You don’t get a kettle or any cups in room no water bottles no iron or iron board no safe in room for valuables or passports. In the bathroom there is one shaver port at the door so possibly investing in extension cable like the one for a flymow and it will reach the sink. Also there is no smoke alarms in the rooms and didn’t notice any in the halls we were on floor 5 not a big problem as there was no fire. So all in all very basic accommodation but staff definitely keep the place going
