As long as you're prepared in advance to arrive to a very small room/bathroom (even for European standards), then you'll be completely satisfied👍🏽 The rooms are modern, clean, and very quiet, but with very limited storage space for clothing and toiletries. The corner style shower stall is tiny. The location is wonderful--right between the Masenna Blvd shopping/dining district and the flea market that converts nightly into the restaurant/pub district! Only a few short blocks to enjoy all that the sea front has to offer👍🏽 Axelle, the front desk rep/concierge is fantastic! She'll make every effort to enhance your stay. They didn't have a bar/lounge area, but they will offer a limited selection of beer and wine to serve you in the lobby sitting area Breakfast was excellent, fresh, well-stocked, with great service!

Great staff and rich breakfast with a variety, sea,old town and place Massena at the stone’s throw. You will love it.

Overall this was a good hotel to stay at location wise. On the Place Massena and minutes from the old town, the markets (which are amazing), the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were very friendly- particularly the staff at breakfast were so welcoming, pleasant and polite (especially the lady who took our room number at breakfast, forgive me but I didn’t manage to get her name, but I think she said she was originally from Algeria- she was such a ray of sunshine). Also a call out to Jennifer at reception who helped us book a transfer back to the airport. This cost 35 Euros (although the guy on reception the night before said the price would be 45 Euros, so please check and get this confirmed!!). The hotel is close to tram and bus stops which go to and from the airport but an awful incident on the tram made us very uncomfortable using the public transport system and in fact ruined the holiday (but thats not the hotels fault). We did in fact use the tram to get yo the hotel from the airport ( Line 2 to Durandy from the airport then its a 10 minute walk) but this was before the terrible incident on the tram later in the week)! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, you can boil your own eggs according to the timers provided. I also loved the SMEG toaster- such a nice way to make toast rather than those other toasters you have in hotels where the bread goes round, but it takes 2-3 rounds before it’s actually cooked. The loose tea was a lovely section too with so many varieties. There is also a fresh orange juice machine, coffee machines, fruit, nuts and seeds etc, cheeses, cold meats and some other bits. Overall a great selection for breakfast which were very filling. My main comments where the hotel needs to improve on include the room- our room was very dated, very small and compact. The bathroom was very, very compact and the separate toilet wasn’t pleasant!!! Please update these rooms Best Western!! Otherwise would I stay here again- I think I would primarily due to the location but also the friendly staff. The rooms need updates and modernisation though.
