“Best on the area”
Excellent service. They all spoke english, nice locale, spacious bathrooms, big TV, had plenty of storage, comfy breakfast. All in all, an excellent experience. Some others around are similar, but do not reach. Maybe the best midlevel hotel I have been in.

We really enjoyed our staying at Hotel Helious. Hotel is very convenient located - close to beaches, restaurants and train station (you can go to Nice, Monaco and so on). Our room was very clean with a lot of storage place. Parking is available (very steep and P2 is very difficult to access) should be reserved in advance. Our balcony was facing the street but we did not hear any sounds. Beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend Hotel Helios.

“Friends wedding ”
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Fantastic position to beach bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size and clean. Would definitely recommend and will stay again, when we visit the area again. Brilliant.

Our stay from Monday to Friday early august was very nice. Our room in the 6th floor with sea-view and balcony was spacious and clean and modern. Bathroom was clean and modern. And the staff is friendly. The hotel is in a prime location in Juan les pins. Close to everything you need - Train, shops, restaurants and beaches. As the hotel is in the center of Juan les pins you should expect some noise from the streets. The south french love beeping their horns while driving and there is a lot happening every where. But from the 6th floor it's not so bad, especially when closing the balcony door the noise is minimal. And unless you are completely insane and decide to sleep with the balcony door open while its 30+ celsius outside, you want to close the door and enjoy the AC once in a while. Breakfast is quite good - Didn't feel i missed something. Good selection of hot and cold. Ate in the breakfast area down stairs and ordered to the room on seperate occasions. Fancy something else there are several places to go just a stone throw away. We had booked sun lounges at the Helios Plage which is only 5 minute walk away. The service at the beach this year was like nothing we have experienced before. The staff was friendly and regularly checked up on the guests asking to take orders. Previous years we have stayed we needed to go to the bar to get their attention. Especially two young men working the beach stood out as they very genuinely friendly and professional. Overall a very nice hotel when spending a little more for a little more pricey room. The negatives i will list below, they are all minor negatives for us. Cons: - Rock hard pillows - They are really bad. - Shower and bathroom tap can suddenly decide its time for Arctic ice water or molten lava temperature on the water. Good luck in the shower! - When you fill out the breakfast order to your room the next day, you may or may not get the items you want. - Room 602 has the worst balcony chairs ever made. No arm rest and the edge of the chair where your arms are is REALLY SHARP. Please Hotel Helios, throw them over the railing, throw them in the ocean and buy new ones. Just get new ones. 4 out of 5 this year - Very good.
