“Central location close to beach and train station.”
Location, breakfast, staff. Hotel is very close to beach and train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and our mini suite very big. Breakfast was lovely. Cereals, yogurt, meats, cheese and you could boil eggs. Plenty of places close by to eat out and drink.

“Proper hotel in the heart of Cannes”
This hotel couldn‘t be more central - you‘re in the middle of Cannes, restaurants bars and shops just meters away. The beach isn‘t more than 5 minutes per pedes away. Don’t be too expecting than you‘ll have a good time - you won’t spend most of the time in the room when visiting Cannes ;) Very noisy at nights - you hear everything your neighbor does!! Or people who come back.

This is a small hotel in an old building that's great for the budget traveller. I had a top floor room that faced an unattractive courtyard. It was very clean and adequate for a couple of nights. The building has creaky, old floorboards, and narrow corridors. These are things to be expected in a building of this age. It's in a great position - close to all the restaurants and cafes, very near to the railway station, and a short walk from the Croissette. I think the photos give a better impression than the reality, but it really is a nice place in which to spend a few nights.

The best thing about the hotel is the location very central. Close to the trainstation en central to the shops and beaches. I'm visiting during a conference and can walk to all my meetings. But still I would not recommend staying here. All the room at the front of the hotel are facing the street. There's a busy Cafe with a terrace downstairs. You can close the window, but then there is no fresh air ventilation. The airco only circulates the air in the room. Luckily I brought earplugs. Otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep in the room.
