On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Exceptional!”
Perfect location, cozy rooms and super staff. The stay went very smooth, as we planned our tour on the Cote d'Azur. The staff helped us a lot regarding transportation and easy access to destinations. The comfort of the room helped us a lot to relax.

“Amazing Boutique Hotel in Cannes”
The Hotel is perfectly located near old town and family owned. The Team is amazing and so helpful. We had a beautiful room and the breakfast in the sun on the terrace is amazing. We enjoyed aperitif every evening around the swimming pool. We will back for sure.

“We had friends there”
A real and beautiful hotel located in the old town, we did not sleep there but we had friends who stayed there while we were in another accommodation, but we took the opportunity to see their rooms, they seemed very good, we will return there during our next stay in Cannes
