I recently stayed at Hotel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion when I was in Cannes for a business conference. It just so happened to be my birthday when I arrived. Pascal, the duty manager, surprised me with a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious loaf of their homemade banana bread in my room along with a lovely note The staff was so friendly during my stay and always so helpful. The location is convenient, situated right in the center of Cannes. I recommend this hotel if you're planning to come to Cannes.

“Great Location and Great Staff!”
Everybody from reception, concierge to breakfast lounge! Rayan from Reception and Amira from La terrasse dubai Gray were super welcoming, attentive and great to deal with. The entire team actually was simply awesome. It was an enjoyable and smooth stay with easy access to everything.

“Great location but rooms need renovation”
The hotel is generally very elegant and the lobby looks very well maintained. The reception staff is very friendly and the concierge was very helpful. The hotel is generally very elegant and the lobby looks very well maintained. The reception staff is very friendly and the concierge was very helpful. The only thing that was quite unfriendly and unhelpful to me were the two ladies on the beach at the reception. The rooms are pretty worn out, a lot of the furniture is broken and needs urgent renovation, and some of the chairs on the balcony have lost their threads on the seat cushions. There is mold around the bathtub in the bathroom. Overall, it is too expensive due to these defects, especially since the rooms on the "Rue des Serbes" do not have insulated windows, and you cannot sleep there without ear protection.
