This is a lovely small and unpretentious hotel located right at the beach in the Hippodrome area of Cagnes sur Mer. The bedrooms occupy the first floor of the building and most have at least some view of the sea. Comfortable beds, generous balconies, and clean, simple decor make the rooms a pleasant and relaxing space. Self-service continental breakfast is served adjacent to reception, where one can watch the world go by. The small staff team was unfailingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thoroughly recommended.

A well run hotel, great value for money in a prime location. The French Riviera on a budget, across the road from the beach. The balcony with sea view is a real asset. The air con works very well and breakfast is decent and good value at €12. The young staff are all very friendly and efficient. The car park at the back of the hotel also really helped. Location is very good, close to the beach, just around the corner from the bus stop needed to get to/from the airport. 15 minutes walk from the train station to get to Monaco & Cannes. Lovely selection at breakfast, only €10 per person. Room was very spacious, clean and had a great balcony which we loved using! Shower was great, v good water pressure. Staff were so friendly! Always said hello/goodbye and had a chat with us when we were coming back in. Definitely recommend

“Basic Budget Hotel”
Basic Budget Hotel very small room but nice and very clean....breakfast very basic....Great base 15 mins from Train Station where you can easily travel up or down the Coast....few Resturants near but we walked about 35 mins down to the Merina few nice places ..staff all nice would return
