“Mixed blessing”
Lovely position, hotel right near Arles town centre. Understaffed - breakfast buffet chaos, nothing replenished, tables never cleared. Evening meals rather drab. Rooms ok, clean, but lacking wardrobe/cupboard space. Swimming pool shut from late September onwards.

“Not the best of Best Western”

We have just returned from spending 6 nights in this hotel as part of a coach tour of the area.The hotel is well placed, the town centre being a short walk away The rooms were clean but basic and being a relatively fit octogenarian I still had difficulties climbing in and out of the deep bath to access the overhead shower in our room. The hotel is very unorganised and cannot cope with multi tour groups,particularly at breakfast resulting in chaos most mornings.The breakfast staff were not the most friendly of people.One girl did not obviously want to be there. We were only offered one choice of evening meal each day.When my partner didn't like one meal he was only offered a cheese and ham platter as an alternative. It is a pity about this hotel as the rest of our holiday was perfect.
