“Great accommodation in great location”
Excellent location in the Winter town, 10 minutes' walk from the pedestrian centre (through the park and down in the lift), and a further 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Excellent location in the Winter town, 10 minutes' walk from the pedestrian centre (through the park and down in the lift), and a further 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Helpful staff, good quality accommodation, good facilities, value for money. Arcachon is a gorgeous place, with plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Beaches are beautiful and plenty of day trips available. Dune du Pilat is a must. Would definitely recommend.

“Well located and comfortable.”
The accommodation is spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is situated in its own ground and has an out-door swimming pool. It is well located for visiting Arcachon. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Regina.

We had an exceptionally nice stay, complete with attentive staff and a clean, comfortable accommodation. The location is exceptional in the calm quartier of the ville d'hiver with its trees and stunning villas, yet quickly and easily accessible to the centreville via the beautiful public garden and the elevator. Free parking was a plus!

“Nice location but almost no service”
Villa is located in a beautiful spot. Walking distance to the Beach, park, town, shops, restaurants etc The building is old and very pretty, looks quite special on the OUTSIDE. We had a family apartment for 4, which was spacious and comfortable, however, I would expect somewhat better quality furn… more
Villa is located in a beautiful spot. Walking distance to the Beach, park, town, shops, restaurants etc The building is old and very pretty, looks quite special on the OUTSIDE. We had a family apartment for 4, which was spacious and comfortable, however, I would expect somewhat better quality furniture, also kitchen was outdated. The service is not the nicest ... we asked for some tips to visit the area and were sent to tourist office .. my husband removed leaves from the swimming pool, and angry lady said not to touch the tool .. hmmm there was no sun beads or even simple chairs at the pool, reason was COVID .. well guys other hotels manage to wipe them after use, why not you? After seeing the options for breakfast I decided to spend 30 min both ways and go down to the town and get is for my family.

Despite the cleanness of the rooms at the arrival, the common area were never cleaned during our stay (one week). The carpet on the common areas in a poor condition. Cockroach found in the bathroom and bedrooms, fact that I find normal taking in consideration the condition of certain things like installations, floor condition etc... Apart these negative aspects, nice stay, nice location of the villa, generous space for car parking , good reception, safety measures in the context of Covid well applied.
