“Elegant, comfortable hotel in the heart of Bordeaux”
The friendliest staff, we stayed there on two seperate ocassions and loved our room each night. The beds are very comfortable and the room decor stunning. We can’t say enough nice things, they helped set up our transfers and were on hand for any of our needs. Would stay there again if in Bordeaux.

Great hotel - just the right size. Not to big or small. Would go back!! Staff was friendly and attentive. Concierge provided amazing restaurant recommendations. We tried our best to speak French; unfortunately we need to study more, but no one judged us. Everyone was very understanding and, I think, appreciative of our attempts. Everyone spoke English and coached us through the French way of life (which is AMAZING)!
