The food is really nice, including the Indian restaurant, I really recommend it. The entertainment staff are simply amazing, they work tirelessly all day, always with smiles on their faces. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, another great stay.

I stayed here at the beginning of November. From walking through the door the staff couldn’t do enough for me. I have been all over the world and many places the staff were lovely, but here they go above and beyond, reception, bar, dining, pool, cleaners, security and animation staff you are all amazing. My room was a disability with ample of space for clothes etc, a comfy bed and large settee. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, my only gripe is instead of tissue box above the sink a mirror would be better for drying hair. Lovely towel art everyday by my wonderful cleaner. The food was different everyday, always find something I liked, the soups were gorgeous. I stayed around the quiet pool which was relaxing, lovely sun beds with thick cushions. I went to both beaches which were lovely, the food could be better, but service was very good. I would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit in 2025 Thank you St George.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel I knew we had chosen well. We were greeted by the reception staff with warmth and they speedily checked us in and showed us to our room. We had emailed them a few days before and asked if we could have a ground floor room at the quiet pool. They had accommodated our wishes and we couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and spacious and they had decorated our bed with towel art and flowers There are 2 pools, the quiet pool with it's own bar no music and extremely comfortable sun beds. The other pool has a swim up bar and all the pool games, darts , table tennis, dancing etc. So you can choose which pool you want to sit around. The staff work extremely hard around both pools and pool bars. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and there was a theme each night. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Choice of eggs cooked to order on the live cooking station and plenty of choice of cold meats, fresh fruits, yoghurt and bread and cakes. Also my favourite, porridge and fresh honey. There was also live cooking stations for lunch and dinner. The joints of beef were wonderful and freshly cooked chicken. Pizzas, koftas and burgers. Not forgetting the lovely sweets on offer lunch time and evening. You have the choice of sitting inside the restaurant or on the patio. The evening entertainment was not great and the outside venue where it took place was not very inspiring and the bar outside at the venue was awful. It was a shed and the drinks were served in plastic glasses. Having said that Aliya and the other young girl worked extremely hard to make it work for the guests,but unfortunately most people didn't bother to venture outside. Most people stayed in the hotel foyer bar that served drinks in proper glasses. The gin and tonic was ok and the wine was good. I didn't enjoy the cocktails although I saw a lot of people drinking them. The hotel has a courtesy bus that takes you to Naama Bay and the Old Market. You get 2 hours . But if you want to go for longer then there are plenty of taxis outside the hotel which are cheap. They also have 2 beaches they take you to. The Sandy Beach and the Coral beach. I personally didn't enjoy the Coral Beach as it was very crowded. We did love the Sandy Beach. The hotel staff worked at the beaches so we were very well looked after. Towel's out ready for when you arrived and drinks at the bar. The food at the Coral Beach was good but at the Sandy Beach it was terrible. We took rolls from the hotel for our lunch as the food was inedible. You had to book your place on the buses the day before. This system doesn't work as some awful people don't bother booking and just get on the bus regardless. The hotel has a lot Russian guests who do not think any rules apply to them and never queue. As soon as the bus arrives they push Infront of everyone. Disabled, old and children. It really spoiled the experience of going to the beaches and evening trips. One evening when we were going to Naama Bay the bus filled up and 6 people didn't have a seat. So we all had to get off and then a member of staff let people back on ticking the room numbers. When we boarded a Russian couple had already ticked our room number from the list. This system really needs sorting out as it clearly doesn't work. This is the reason we probably won't return to the hotel which is a real shame as everything else was really good. All the staff were really friendly and looked after us really well. The hotel staff really appreciate small tips as their wages are very low. You can tip pounds, Euros, or Egyptian money. Anyway thankyou to all for a lovely 10 days of good food, sunshine and relaxation.
