“Amazing hotel”

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Entertainment very good especially clubs in the evening and activities during the day. Overall very enjoyable experience would love to come back. Hotel is big bas everything you need and staff are very helpful.

Went for a week in June 2024, had the best time ever! The staff here are amazing especially Panoo! so helpful and trust worthy, if you need help with anything at all! Provide amazing entertainment all week never bored and was so funny, pool games, night entertainment did not stop laughing all week. Everything is so organised and everyone is so friendly!! Always had something going on to distract you from the heat it is so warm, can’t wait to return soon! :) Would highly recommend Clean rooms every day, great food and drinks all day there is nothing I would change! I miss everyone already.

Such an amazing holiday, great place to stay and the staff are incredible. There is so much to do here at the hotel and the animation team are always putting different events on through the day like water polo, pool party’s, foam party’s, darts, Olympic Games to ensure everyone is having fun. They have a good variety of restaurants and have different food every night. I really had the best holiday here, the people are so lovely and the night entertainment is very good, they have something different every night like karaoke, DJs, live singers and shows. They even have events from 11:30pm-3am such as beach party’s, open roof club party’s which are at a very good price. These are booked with the animation team also. Panoo is part of the animation team at sea breeze and he is the best. He is such an amazing sport animator and person, we will miss his the most. He made the holiday really special for us by getting us involved in things we wouldn’t have on our on own. This made our holiday the best holiday. We got to do so much over there also because the location of the hotel is great such as ATV in the desert, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, fire shows and stargazing. The hotel had a beach front also which was amazing for snorkelling the fish are beautiful. You can see everything as the water is so clear. Very trusting and helpful staff who speak very good English so can understand and help you with anything you need. Also the music the team plays around the hotel on a night and through the day is amazing good mix and variety as well as classic holiday songs. They also have a free shuttle service at 7:30 every evening to soho square, Nama bay and the old town on different days and this returns at 10:30 I think so you can explore lots of different places. The room service is great, they give you fresh towels and water daily. The bar staff and restaurant staff are also super friendly and kind. We went all inclusive and they were very fast with the drinks so you are not waiting for ages for one. The pools are amazing they have x4/5 I think, one with a water slide. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel, is was amazing and I will 100% be rebooking this hotel again soon. I do travel a lot and do not like going to the same place twice because I like to explore and go new places but this is a place I will definitely re-visit.

I am normally quite a tricky customer but overall was very satisfied by my stay at Sea breeze. The bar staff (with a special meantion to Beshy who works the pool bar) has a amazing memory quickly remembers your preferences and ensure you remain adequately hydrated and somewhat probably intoxicated during your stay. Plenty of sun beds but the guys on the towel shack always ensured we got the best spot available. As there is so many choices of pools you can pick one to choose your mood of the day i.e., want fun, games and entertainment then you can head to pool bar but want to sleep and enjoy a pool to drift about on you lilo then just opt for one of the smaller pools. As for food, its the normal quality you'd expect from a mid range all inclusive although with some extra perks i.e the fresh pizzas from the snack bar are probably the best i have ever tasted. On the downside i feel that things could have been better labelled as im vegetarian and had to constantly ask staff and was not always convinced they understood what i was asking or that they just agreed as it was the easiest option. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard everyday although i must admit that i did get a little annoyed that the cleaner would constantly hang about everyday on our landing awaiting our return to scrounge for a tip for his efforts. I didn't always have cash and he was sometimes really difficult to get rid off, this approach definitely made me less keen to give him one if im honest. Similar situation round the pool side from the spa and diving school staff, who didnt think twice about interrupting prodding guest up who were clearly snoozing or relaxing with headphones in, never seemed to accept that you were not interested. Also, i felt a bit let down on the last day, as despite paying £60 extra for late check out we still were left for hours waiting in the lounge with no facilities, every other hotel i have stayed in had some sort of designated space where guest could freshen up and get changed or at least safely store your suitcase. Had 3 different staff members appeared at my room door prior to the time i was due to vacate to see if my suitcase was ready to collect. I felt they were trying to pressure me out before the time. This was further evidenced when i noticed they had the room filled with a new family within an hour of me handing the keys back.
