“Customer service”
Having a great holiday at the sultans garden excellent service all round we spend our days round the pool at north 38 , Mohamed Ali is one in a million a real asset to the hotel he works very hard and always with a smile. We wish to thank the hotel staff for a great hospitality

“Absolutely fantastic resort”
The resort has been and will be the best in Egypt. The staff are super friendly and all have exceptionally polite attitudes. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
