MY GOOD FRIEND AND MYSELF STAYED AT THE SENTIDO OASIS REEF FOR TWO WEEKS . IT WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD . THE FOOD THERE IS OF VERY GOOD QUALITY, I RECOMMEND THE BREAKFAST AND THE DELICIOUS PASTRIES! I CANNOT PRAISE THE STAFF ENOUGH FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THEY GAVE TO US, ALWAYS READY TO LOOK AFTER US, THE SEVICE FROM THEM ALL WAS SECOND TO NONE. THE YOUNG MAN WHO CARED FOR OUR ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, THE LIFEGUARDS BY THE POOL ARE ON DUTY ALL DAY IN THE HEAT ,THEY LAY OUT YOUR TOWELS AND SUPPLY FRESH WHEN YOURS ARE WET , ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND GREETING . THE STAFF FROM THE BLUE BAR ARE ON DUTY ALL DAY BRINGING GUAVA AND MANGO SHAKES IN THE MORNING TO YOU AND FRESH FRUIT DURING THE AFTERNOON ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND GREETINGS , ALL DAY FRESH ICED WATER IS SUPPLIED AND ANY OTHER DRINK YOU MAY REQUEST. I MENTION AMR, METHAT, MAHMOYB AND SABER A BIG THANKYOU TO YOU ALL FOR THE CHIPS EVERY AFTERNOON !!! FROM TWO LADIES WHO YOU MADE FEEL VERY SPECIAL THANKYOU XX WE SHALL RETURN.,

We have just arrived home after a week at the 5 star resort. I have to say how amazing this hotel is!!! The staff in the pool bar were all amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. We have just arrived home after a week at the 5 star resort. I have to say how amazing this hotel is!!! The staff in the pool bar were all amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. Always offering waiter service for drinks, bottled water, crisps and even bringing out fresh smoothies and fruit sticks throughout some of the days! Biggest shoutout to Sabeer who was the most amazing! He always went above and beyond for us. The lifeguards were great, especially one of them although we can’t remember his name. He would always greet us in the morning and get our towels ready on the sunbed before we had even finished breakfast, including an extra towel for a pillow! Rooms were exceptionally clean thanks to the cleaners. Aircon was much appreciated! All areas are so clean and well kept. Italian a la carte was fantastic. Wifi good around pool areas and rooms. Mos restaurant was good and staff were attentive although it does get very same-y with food options. I did have a bug in one of my grapes one day which the chef came out and explained that this was normal- although it did make me feel uneasy. Especially when he ate the bug in front of me! Beach was lovely although the pools were so amazing that we spent most of our time there. Snorkelling is a must do! The shops by the beach are a rip off. Walk 10 mins outside the hotel to the mango market for anything you need! My only downside is the lack of ice cream in the day! would be nice to have ice cream included in the all inclusive throughout the day time too. We didn’t have much information (although we didn’t attend the rep meeting so is our fault) so it took us a few days to work out where everything is as it’s such a big place and not signposts! All i can say is I’d defo come back, what an amazing place. Thank you Santido Reef Oasis! 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay here the hotel is beautiful. The staff are really helpful. We loved the variety at mo’s Buffett and preferred these to the A la carte restaurants. We had a great stay here the hotel is beautiful. The staff are really helpful. We loved the variety at mo’s Buffett and preferred these to the A la carte restaurants. The service was very good in the buffet restaurant. Our waiter Mohammed was always very quick to get us a drink. The staff would always come round the pool or on the beach to ask if we would like a drink, therefore the service was exceptional at this hotel. The snorkelling is lovely, I managed to see a turtle, stingrays and various fish. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing service, amazing staff who are so helpful and friendly. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our holiday great. Rooms and facilities in great condition. Good beach, snorkeling great.
