I stayed for two weeks with my family in October. I had a wonderful stay. We were very happy with food, location, facilities, entertainment and cleaning of the room. Mohamed Osama- House man was cleaning my room very good. He is very friendly and reliable cleaner. Bottles of water, tea and coffee were provided every day. The staff are friendly , polite and helpful. The Spa area is nice and I would like to say many thanks to Maria( receptionist ) and manager and massager Shushu. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

“Top marks for the staff !”

I was there with the family for a week and we had a lovely experience. Special thanks to Ishmael Mossad & Ayman Saad at the front office & Mohammed stayed. All the staff were kind , splendid , smoky and very professional to work with . Thank you all !!!

“Overall, good holiday but some TLC needed”

Family of 4 (children 7&6) visited for October half term, stayed in a 2bedroom family room. Check in was very smooth and quick, we arrived late and a selection of food was still available at the beach bar. Room: We were in room 3912 which was a 2 bedroom family room. Top floor with a pool view (slightly blocked by a palm tree). Room was massive with double bed and 2 singles. Beds were a little on the firm side for my liking. Room was cleaned every day. Loads of towels provided. Slight negative for me was apart from a washing line in the shower nowhere to hang your wet towels. Towel art every day which kept the kids entertained. Pools: Club pool- although room over looked this pool, it tended to be shaded and quite. We were told this is the heated during winter months. Main pools: Kept clean and well looked after lots of different depths around the pools to suit all ages and abilities. Swim up pool bar was nice for a drink in the sun. Pools were starting to have a chill but were fine once you got in. Aqua park: Brilliant!! Slides for all and wave machine one of the best we’ve stayed at. Lifeguards, were fantastic across the resort, always friendly and having fun with visitors. In the water park the lifeguards were great with the younger kids who wanted to try the slides, we saw them getting in the pools to catch at the end and allowing the use of armbands/ noddles for extra confidence. Beach Hotel has its own stretch of beach with a jetty where you can swim. The water is low and you can paddle for some distance. Recommend water shoes. As sand is gravel and once in the water rocks can be shape. Food & drinks Hit and Miss main restaurant: didn’t flow very well. Had to go outside for chips & BBQ meats or eggs in the morning. Some of the food was delicious just wasn’t consistent. Panorama restaurant Recommend having breakfast here the eggs are perfect and it’s a bit more chill than down stairs, plus the option to eat outside with a view of the beach. Didnt try lunch and dinner we preferred downstairs: Beach: Pizza, burgers & chips for lunch, pasta in the evening. The burgers were lovely with a side of grilled red onions. This was very repetitive but my son loved off the burgers so not a massive deal. Some chicken nuggets would have been nice. Drinks: Beer was ok, cocktails were never the same but some were delicious, others not so much. Gin was good. Personal fav was a mixed slushy with dark rum. Staff were all lovely and really friendly and definitely make this hotel. Although you could tell when management were around - as the service became less attentive and more businesslike. Across bars and restaurants they could be slow to clear tables and tide up. Grounds Kept clean and tidy but most of the hotel is in need of some TLC. Overall we had a great week here, our kids were happy and didn’t want to leave. There is construction working going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us at all. Beach shop is great and reasonably priced. Give him a visit.

The hotel was good except for some small details. They should have more variety of food They should have better food The Italian dinner doesn’t have anything special We asked for the balls to play botcha but the animation team said they weren’t ready how are they not ready if the come in a small bag that we saw Animation team stands in front of you forcing you to clap meanwhile your trying to watch the performance on stage Location is good Snorkling is fun Turkish bath and massage was relaxing Chefs hat is made out of paper There are no specific smoking areas Fire show is dissapointing Quad bike/buggy international sun ride is as expected Friendly lifeguards Lifeguards will send ten at once on the bowl slide at the aqua park Aqua park is dirty all over Lifeguards will push you in the water It is incredibly hard to find more than 3 people queueing for a water slide Tv badly works Don’t drink the tap water They are always building stuff so it is incredibly noisy Slides in the main pool never work The sea is not very high Long walk from reception to entrance
