Thank for their great service, and special thanks for Bishoy for his great assistance. The staff and hotel is great and welcoming. It is easy to move from Royal Savoy to SOHO Square and airport. In addition the service is good and staff are cooperative.

I felt so welcomed and looked after from the team at Royal Savoy hotel especially I was traveling on my own. All of the staffs were super friendly and helpful from reception, breakfast room, beach to life guards. A lot of choice for restaurants in hotel or at SoHo square. They have surprised me with birthday wishes and cake in my room. The house keeping created beautiful bed decor with flowers. Bishoy offered me free late check out on my last day so that I could have a shower after visiting the beach before my departure. It overall exceed my expectations and I will definitely visit again in the future.

Royal Savoy is a luxury boutique hotel with fabulous accommodations in every sense.of the word. Service was impeccable! The room was huge with stone tile flooring which is a rare feature in the Red Sea but provided a clean and fresh smelling air environment; the bathrooms were exceptional with white marble and high-end toiletries; we enjoyed the over 7 uncrowded swimming pools as the families had other pools; we walked to the entertainment complex SOHO with endless restaurants, shops and fun as it’s literally in their backyard. We enjoyed the sumptuous endless breakfast buffet and most delicious lunches and dinners (Italian and Greek )in the many restaurants on site and at SOHO! Close proximity to airport, downtown Sharm; Coptic Cathedral and most fabulous sandy beach with amazing snorkeling completes the list. Can’t wait for a repeat vacation. this was our second visit to royal savoy, and after a minor hiccup which really upset me it was very good , we had booked ultra alinclusive through travel republic but the voucher they gave us was for alinclusive which meant e class and not s class , so when we checked in they said you are e class and i kept saying no we booked and paid for s class and they wouldnt believe me even though on my booking app it said ultra alinclusive they kept saying not our fault you sort it out , so next morning i requested they help me sort it out they said no you have to do it yourself as its your agents fault there was 2 of them so i rang my provider and requested she talk to the guy on reception to understand what paper was needed as i couldnt understand her english very wellon the phone she was egyptian, and he refused he said no i wont so i forced the phone in his hand and he had to talk to her even then he said you sort it out to me , i was fuming so i asked to speak to the manager after the phone call ,turned out the manager was the 2nd guy who had refused to help me , anyway one hour later when i went passed reception i was informed that they have received confirmation and now i am s class after that they were extra friendly and it just seemed so false i felt uncomfortable as i had seen the angry side of them , first visit to royal savoy they had diffrent staff around pool area which were amazing and couldnt do enough for you , the ones we had this time were lazy and just wanted to sit on there phones and text once i asked for orange juice and he said you have to go inside and get it yourself, which i thought was odd as last time it was on our sunbed table before us then another time requested an ice cream again he refused and said you have to get yourself whereas the previous gur ran down and got one for us straightaway it was these little touches we loved and returned but it wasnt the same but saying all that we still will definatley return but maybe savoy instead as it looked more alive
