My husband and I recently spent an incredible 45 days at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort, and we can say that it was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. As Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite members, we’ve stayed at many properties worldwide, but this resort went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and welcomed. Luckily, they had availability to upgrade our room. From the moment we arrived, Nasr, the front office manager, gave us a warm greeting, walked us through the resort’s offerings, and truly made us feel like honored guests. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. Additionally, Ziad and Mahmoud were helpful on many occasions, and their warmth throughout our visit helped to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, beautifully designed, and with an unbeatable view of the Red Sea, it felt like a luxurious sanctuary. Housekeeping, provided first by Mohammed and later by Hussein, kept our space pristine. Mohammed created stunning displays, including a towel arrangement and a breathtaking floral arrangement on our bed, which added such a personal touch. When Hussein took over, he maintained the same high standards, ensuring we always returned to a clean and refreshed room. The resort’s landscaping is truly a masterpiece. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with lush gardens, vibrant flowers, and pathways that make every stroll feel like a journey through paradise. The resort is spacious and serene. The golf cart service was a fantastic convenience, whisking us from our room to the pools, beach, or any other part of the resort with ease. Abo Elmaty, one of the golf cart drivers, was especially helpful. He seemed to always show up just when we needed a ride, with his friendly smile and genuine warmth. The beach staff deserves special recognition for their incredible care and attention. Khaled, Rawben, and Ibrahim went above and beyond every single day to ensure we had the best experience. They always found us the perfect spot to set up beach chairs, arranged towels for us, and escorted us to our seats with such kindness. Ibrahim, in particular, was always around, taking care of every detail and making us feel truly pampered. Speaking of the beach, the lifeguards were exceptional. The reef, accessible from the jetty, was a highlight of our stay. The ability to snorkel in front of the hotel at the house reef was an absolute delight! We spent countless hours enjoying the colorful fish. We were even lucky enough to see an eagle ray and an eel on multiple occasions. The lifeguards not only ensured everyone’s safety but also went the extra mile with thoughtful touches. Ahmed, Abu Mazen, and the rest of the team would help us wash our masks with soap and rinse them to prevent fogging, a small gesture that we greatly appreciated. Their attentiveness made our snorkeling experiences even more enjoyable. We also had many wonderful lunches at the Calamari restaurant. The salads were out of this world, especially the grilled chicken salads, with chicken perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was outstanding. The service was equally impressive, with Haitham ensuring everything was flawless. His professionalism and dedication to quality were evident in every meal. Sabry, one of the waiters, was also exceptional, always attentive and taking excellent care of us. Their combined efforts turned each lunch into a delightful experience. While we opted for the breakfast-only plan during our stay in order to be able to explore local dining, the breakfast at the resort was absolutely outstanding. Chef Kareem quickly became a favorite with his skillful omelet-making, and even when he went on vacation, his replacement Chef Adel continued to impress us with perfectly cooked eggs to order. The variety of fresh, high-quality options made every morning a delight. Room service was another highlight, and Ahmed’s exceptional service deserves special recognition. Every order arrived promptly, perfectly prepared, and always with Ahmed’s warm smile. His professionalism and cheerful demeanor added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated. The hotel gym was another standout feature. It was very well-equipped, immaculately clean, and easily one of the best hotel gyms we’ve ever used. The range and quality of the equipment were impressive, making it easy to stick to our fitness routine during our extended stay. The on-staff trainer, Eslam, was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering insightful pointers on how to improve our workouts. His guidance made a noticeable difference, and we truly appreciated his expertise and positive attitude. The Animation Team (entertainment) was enthusiastic and engaging. They made sure to walk around and invite each guest to participate in the various activities they had, including Zumba, stretching, darts, volleyball, color parties, pool parties, and more. Rana, Julia, and Tina were outstanding. The convenience of having a scuba diving center located on the premises was a huge plus. Dive-In Sea Adventures’ entire staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We did 40 dives each and wrote a separate review about Dive-In. From start to finish, the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort delivered an unforgettable experience. Their commitment to excellence, from the front desk to housekeeping, beach staff, lifeguards, Calamari restaurant, gym, and room service, truly sets them apart. It’s a stunning property with equally remarkable staff, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our extended stay so special!

Renaissance stay. 6 of us were there last week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . All the staff were brilliant .Always smiling and would happily make you as comfortable as they could. We were there to celebrate my 70th so they upgraded all the 3 rooms we had booked. Wish we could have stayed longer. God willing shall visit again. Only need to up their entertainment in the evening and sort the bathrooms as they are a bit dated.
