“Amazing hotel.”

I would lie if I said this wasn't my best vacation. They have Friendly staff, delicious food, and clean rooms. Many thanks to Mr Shrien, Mr Marwan and the rest of the staff as they were very professional. In general great hotel. Very highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from November 12th to November 19th. Everything in the hotel was all inclusive as described: excellent varied food throughout the day, and just before dinner you could eat in the food court. In all the bars - including on the beach - you got all kinds of local drinks: beer, spirits, cocktails, various juices and soft drinks including Coca-Cola, Sprite,... All the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Special praise goes to the head of service Mahmoud and the valet Reed Salah, who always surprised us with a wonderful arrangement in the room. It's probably true that if you are friendly, the others are also friendly to you. The hotel has a beautiful green garden, transportation within the resort to the beach, a beautifully landscaped beach and the possibility of swimming in all the pools on the way to the beach. A truly excellent decision for pleasure at a moderate price. Thank you all.

“Ok but wouldn’t return”

Booked this as a last minute cheap deal so can’t moan for what was paid but if returning to Sharm I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Booked this as a last minute cheap deal so can’t moan for what was paid but if returning to Sharm I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The rooms are a nice size and plenty of water provided but the floor was dirty and remained dirty the entire visit. Unfortunately our balcony was in the shade constantly which was disappointing. We had one toilet roll upon arrival which wasn’t replenished. We phoned reception who said we had to walk over to get some - went over to be told they would send to the room, they never did. The hotel itself is nice although the lobby seating is quite shabby… there are plenty of pools although always empty as the water is too cold to swim in. Whilst we were there the lobby (24 hour) bar shut every night at 10. The food court was shut as were a number of the bars. I appreciate it’s not the height of the season but meant the only food option was the buffet which isn’t great at all. The outside bbq area was the best part of it so could find something but in general it was repetitive, cold and just not good. As for the al a crate options - don’t bother! We went to reception to book in, to be told to go to the restaurant we want after 3pm to book, did that, no one there. Called reception and they said we had to go to reception to book - went there on the Monday to be told we could go to the Italian on Thursday but would have to return Friday to book the Indian! At the Italian, they didn’t have our booking but as was empty let us in anyway… before we were seated a man asked us chicken, beef, fish?? With no explanation so we chose beef to which he said macaroni or pizza again no context. So we were served the toughest bit of beef I’d ever had with mash potato and a bowl of pasta in Tomato sauce - bizarre, wouldn’t go back. The location of the hotel is good we went out for walks and felt safe . The staff in general are great and a tip goes a long way, large glasses are acquired and alcohol you can taste Reception however could do with some training. They send you on wild goose chases, Don’t seem to be interested - couldn’t even get them to phone us a taxi. Late check out £20pp - don’t understand why per person but makes it expensive, the room rate for a day is cheaper So in general for the price it was ok but there are far better hotels for the price in the area.
