“Relax Pool”
2nd time this year we have visited and each time the standout for us has been Gehad at the Relax Pool, Nothing is too much trouble and he is a credit to the Hotel. Him and his guys do a fantastic job around the pool, always smiling and always helpful. Lovely winter break

“Beautiful but poor”
it was clean and beautiful, but there was a mouse in our room and we couldn't sleep well because of that, and the food was almost the same every day, and we got tired of it. also there were too many tour sellers on the beach and they were very pushy.
