If I would ever come to this place it would be MAINLY for the staff, I had the best time ever because of these people trying to make our stay memorable, their professionalism, well behaved, supportive, sense of humor, their energy and charisma is out of this world, I am sending my hearty thanks and gratitude to each one of them, starting from the front desk manager , to the staff at the restaurant ( Eslam, Hany, and the list goes on), the animation team and even the lifeguards at the water park, my kids had the best time of their lives and the comment I got from them is that the staff love to work job and doing it with all their heart, really this is the conveyed message to us, these people are priceless and so valuable to the hotel, the hotel management must acknowledge, reward, and retain these people as they are the main asset of this place, there must be a rewarding system to such an incredible people, they are the reason the hotel is making profit, simply the facility can be found in any other competitor, but what makes you stand out is your staff. The food was so good with the themed restaurants and tremendous amount of food variety, tasty, delicious, and again the staff 😄 Massive hotel with lots of facilities and pools, we really enjoyed it and the is not our first time and won’t be the last for sure . My son was not feeling well, we were taken to the clinic by the staff who took care of my son, administered the right medication that made him felt much better, thanks to the Dr. who checked him and his assistant. You have done a great job and saved our vacation 😅 My only feedback is that the rooms need renovations, it’s and old hotel and the management should invest in maintaining the interiors, small things like broken handle and a broken water tap may put the guest off, so I would suggest that you maintain the rooms and regularly check it’s operational. Other than that a HUGE applause 👏 to the staff and the management who well trained them. Thank you for making our vacation memorable

Great hotel and can't thank the staff here enough as they made our stay extra special but just too many to mention. Pool bar with entertainment team was our favourite place during the day they were brilliant and always round talking to us and getting everyone involved, also give tips and you'll never be without a drink. We will be returning next year as it was our first time in sharm and really enjoyed it. Special mention to Mohamed GALABEA at the bar next to our room as he brought us drinks anytime we were in the room and went above and beyond with nothing being too much trouble, top guy

This was our second visit to Sharm el Sheikh but first visit to Royal Albatross Moderna. We stayed for 2 weeks and we had an amazing experience. All the staff were incredible and always went above and beyond, especially Mohamed Ahmed, Mohamed Ossama, Amr Abd Hameed, Mohamed Mosaad, Ibrahim Abo Elnadar, Mohamed A.Haggag and Elsam our Tui Rep. All of which provided us with 5* service throughout the whole of our stay and made our holiday so special. Snorkelling off the jetty was incredible so many fish to see. The hotels cleanliness was always superb! We would definitely recommend the Ras Mohamed boat trip which we booked through Tui, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and Soho Square which was so beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

“Amazing”

It was amazing, all staff were excellent and extremely welcoming. I wish I could stay there more time. Food was tasty 😋😋Everything we asked for they could easily arrange it for us. Everytime I come to Sharm, sure I will book this hotel to accommodate. Thanks a lot for make it a memorable vacation💖💖
