“A good experience for a mid-budget traveler”

The hotel is suitable for a not very demanding traveler. All the basics were there and in average condition. Rooms: When we arrived at the room on the first day, they were a bit dusty, but when we asked for cleaning the next day, the situation improved a bit. The rooms are otherwise okay, but they could use some refreshing repairs. Service: The staff often speak Russian at first, but if I explain that I don't speak Russian, they usually are able speak English too. I guess, it is beacause, there is a lot of tourists from Russia. The service was otherwise friendly and good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Specially nice service from Jousef (from pool area) and Mohammed (dark haired and dark skinned young tall guy from the restaurant) who made our stay special and greeted us every day with smiles and our favourite drinks. Food and drink: The food was pleasant and there was a choice. There was often a lack of free and clean tables and forks/knifes in the restaurants, but fortunately the tables were mostly cleaned quickly. The drinks were sometimes diluted with water. In my opinion, the quality of the non-alcoholic drink was better than the alcoholic drink. In my opinion, strong alcolol in cocktails wasn't taste good and as I don't drink beer and wine was often mixed with water, I drinked all tge time coke cola, apple juice or caffee. Coffee was okay but still instant coffee. We had our crouded coffee beans with as as well and fortunately we were able to make a better coffee in hotel room as well (in rooms, there is a kettle). According to my traveling companion, the beer was good in hotel area. On the beach bar, the beer was mixed with water and that was bad. Pools: The pools were clean and the sunbathing areas were nice and large. Although most of the pools were unheated and the heated pools were overcrowded. Russian music was often played loudly in the hotel's courtyard in the evenings and aometimes even daytime. I understand that most of the customers are Russian, but it bothered us a little. Music can be more neutral or even just backround music with no singing at all. We were expecting more things to do, specially on evenings (dancing, zumba, Egypt night etc) - I think you can develop this part. And please, use some Egypt/English/Spanish music then, otherwise, you will have some guests not involved. Overall the experience was okay. Okay for a budget traveler. The hotel needs updating. The food was delicious and the service was very good.

After reading all reviews I was very nervous about fortunately for me it was all good experience. Staff were very kind and rooms were kept very clean. I had to mention about house keeping person Muhammad. He is always very kind and smiling and used to make animal shapes using towels made my kids happy everyday. Also this resort had aqua park and was very engaging for kids

The hotel is cozy, but needs to renovate. Stuff was pleasant and caring (especially Yousef). It was allowed to stay for a few hours longer without additional payment when we checked out. Unfortunately evening animation wasn’t quality as usual, that’s why evenings would have been boring if I had been alone there. And a lot of russian music sounded everywhere. There was very windy and a lot of mosquitos in the evening.
