“Hotel review”

Very good hotel Staff are so nice and welcoming, they cant do enough for you Good location, it is next to naama bay so you can access all the shops and the bars People were very nice, every request was welcome. We also booked excursions and taxi with good price.

The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean, it was not a boring hotel, the price was good in terms of performance. Cleanliness and order were good, the food was quite plentiful in terms of variety, breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Not what we were expecting. Looking at the photos of rooms on website they looked amazing. The rooms you actually get are no different from any other standard hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean though. The hotel was advertised as all inclusive but this is not the case. There are 2 restaurants on site but only one was all inclusive, the other one you had to pay for but in our 2 week stay it was never open. There is also a snack bar but we never saw anyone use it. There were 4 bars on site. 1 was just soft drinks, 2 others you had to pay for (again didn't see anyone in them for 2 weeks) the 3rd was all inclusive but was only open till 10 pm. You couldn't go in there and sit to have a drink as there was only 2 tables and 8 chairs so not much room. There are 3 pools which are nice but if you look closely all the tiles need a good clean. The maintance man got the pool vac out one day but only cleaned the kids pool, didn't see him clean the pools all the time we were there. Our balcony led out onto one of the pools and we sat out there quite a few nights and never saw the pool get cleaned. If you looked on the floor of the pool you could see sand and dirt around the edge of the floor. There were also a few lights inside the pool hanging out of their holes. The handle leading into the pool was also very loose. Over all the property is not very well maintained. Needs a lot of work. Everything that is fixed onto a wall is lopsided whether it be pictures or soap despensers to lights. Every day in the restaurant they would constantly run out of coffee cups, even at 730 in the morning(restaurant doesn't open till 7) Everyday my husband had a daily battle with the toaster, the knobs for adjusting temp etc had broken off, the wire which you put bread on was misshapen and didn't move round freely you had to keep prodding it with the tongs. Most days he had to shake the toaster to get his toast to fall out and had to put bread back through about 6 times for it to lightly colour your bread. Non of the food in the restaurant (apart from bred) was covered. (no lids on food trays) so there was constant flies on food. We both had dodgy tummies all the time we were there and we were being very selective about what we ate. We even ate out on 6 occasions. After 10 pm in the evenings all entertainment was finished and the area where the entertainment took place (outside restaurant) all the lights were turned off so you couldn't really sit there. A lot of people spent their evenings lying on sun loungers as this was the best place to get WiFi. The staff in the hotel were brilliant, really friendly and always happy to help. There is a taxi driver who sits in the lobby who is available to take you anywhere and he is a lovely man. We used him on several occasions. I would say the hotel was prodominantly full of Italian people. Hardly any English people at all. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star the way it is, at best it is a 3 star. Not what British people would class as all inclusive.
