“Amazing stay”

Service was Amazing, especially Mr. Hany the best barman here. Best coctails i ever drank! And very nice talks. Room also clean and pretty big. Food in big variety and really tasty. Hotel is big and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was lovely as were all staff and management. Stayed in room 289 what a lovely large room and our housekeeper abanoub was great, room always clean and he was there with beach towels delivering and picking up in the evening too It was baking hot thank goodness for air conditioning that works well and blackout curtains Food and drinks excellent especially the Al a carte Chinese Indian and Lebanese and our Freddie mercury look alike who was a ray of sunshine Only disappointment was the pools and lazy river that needed maintenance altho didn't spoil anything for us to be fair The cake (pic attached) was a lovely gesture as was all the little decorations in the room and a towel flower on the beach Would return without a doubt

We are currently here on our honeymoon. I can't recommend this place enough. All the staff are fantastic and friendly. We have booked trips with a scuba staff member called Ammar who made our trip to the safari on buggies with meal and show extra special because on our honeymoon. We were treated extremely well. Ammar was extremely polite and friendly. We have booked a boat trip too. We have also used the spa at the hotel, excellent service from all the staff. Non of the staff are pushy and if you just want to be left alone they understand and walk away. Hotel is clean and tidy and great food. Truly has been the best place to have our honeymoon.

This Hotel is very good, we stayed there for 12 nights. From the food, cleanliness, courtesy, the staff are always very friendly. In the main restaurant there are two very kind gentlemen, one was the chef of the room if I'm not mistaken, they were always in a good mood, they always came to greet us and play with our young son, they were already friends. the man who also took care of cleaning our room, the animation staff were all friendly. Then there is Amar, who is one of the guys who sells the tours, he is a loving person, very friendly, kind, always willing to help, he always came to us to find out how we liked it, if everything went well, why more people like Amar in the world. Anyway, the cleanliness, food is all very good. It was our 2nd time in Egypt, and as we always loved it, we will return, one day, God willing.
