We visited the hotel in November. The weather was wonderful. The hotel is huge with nice walks and on the first line to the sea. There is food and drink on every corner, the restaurants are nice and the staff is very responsive. We liked the program the most, which was almost non-stop. Disco, many games, karaoke, there is always a program for children and adults. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

“Nice place”

great hotel with very beautiful territory, big swimming pools, delicious food and cocktails, animators are energetic, entertaining all day long, great parties on the beach and by the pool, thank you very much guys, we will definitely come back to you again

“Well worth a visit”

This hotel is in a perfect location. The grounds are magnificent and well maintained. My room was a little shabby and could do with updating, finding a socket for charging electricals is a challenge and generally requires crawling under furniture. This hotel is in a perfect location. The grounds are magnificent and well maintained. My room was a little shabby and could do with updating, finding a socket for charging electricals is a challenge and generally requires crawling under furniture. Nothing a refurb could not fix but minor really. Had some excellent food especially seafood and the drinks are ok although I wish they served prosecco. The staff at this hotel are lovely, always with a smile and a good morning, very polite and courteous. At the sand bar Mustaffa and Hassan are very efficient and friendly. At Al Nakheel Ramadan is so good and having travelled on my own this time Ramadan really looked out for me. Ali also. To summarise, perfect location, excellent stay and will go back. Thank you.

“3/4 star hotel identifying as a 5 star”

I am unsure how this hotel maintains a 5 star status. The rooms are very dated, mildew in the shower on the grout , patio doors that rock when the wind blows and the daily cleaning is below standard. I can only making the assumption that there are certain rooms that are shown to the tour operators… more

I am unsure how this hotel maintains a 5 star status. The rooms are very dated, mildew in the shower on the grout , patio doors that rock when the wind blows and the daily cleaning is below standard. I can only making the assumption that there are certain rooms that are shown to the tour operators on inspection days. There were 5 power cuts during my week and ( I was only there for 7 days), the last one lasted for over 3 hours , you are unable to use the toilet or shower during this time as the water pressure also stops . I was advised that it was the local area causing the issue by the reception team but when you looked out you could see other hotels with lights on and hear music playing . On the positive side the grounds and reception areas are immaculate ( definitely the money piece ) it’s just a shame the attention to detail is not extended to the rooms . The food is nice however there is a constant shortage of cups , the staff hover waiting for you to finish your drink so they can take them to get washed and bring straight back out in handfuls. We loved sharm and will definitely go back , unfortunately it will not be at this hotel.
