Such an amazing hotel, Honestly couldn’t fault it! I had such an amazing time here and will definitely be coming back! The animation team here is so so good, Elina in particular stuck out to me, she’s so bright and so so lovely to talk to, It was so nice just having someone to chat to, The food i had here was so lovely, The cheese was so good haha, The rooms were lovely and clean, Very big too and beds were so comfy. overall i love this hotel so much and would definitely recommend it!

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to” Mr. Khaled Ahmed “the front office Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm welcome. A big thank you also goes to Mr. Wael Allam, Mr. Ahmed Abdel Rasheed, and, Mr. Haitham Mavida Spa and Mr. Ahmed & Mahmoud from the Makai Tukai Restaurant for their incredible hospitality and attention to detail. Special thanks to Chef Hussein for his exceptional culinary creations that delighted our taste buds every single day. “Great family trip”

Good location and facilities. Price is excellent for what you get. Rooms are dated and beach too shallow to swim. Pools and landscapes are good. Plenty of food but rrestaurant closes at 9pm so that's early for us. Kids club with Anastasia it's a plus to make kids happy and busy with fun activities.
