This is our 12th visit to Egypt and first visit to the Jaz Mirabel Park.We have just returned after 2 weeks at this great hotel, all the staff are fantastic especially the bar staff but a special shout out to our maid Mohammed ( room 4119 ) and waiters in the buffet restaurant Mohammed and Osama . The food was excellent always something different with plenty of choice and variety. The cleanliness is of a high standard wherever you go restaurants rooms gardens pools bars etc. A wonderful holiday with lots of happy memories thank you everyone Christine and Phil Newcastle x

“Egypt trip”

Had a great time, very friendly staff. A special thanks to Abi from animation team. Would come Again, Very annoyed we only booked a short holiday, The beach was also very good. Very good and can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into everything.

We have just returned from a fab week at Jaz Park. We only found after we booked that it shared the same spot with Jaz Beach. We have just returned from a fab week at Jaz Park. We only found after we booked that it shared the same spot with Jaz Beach. It does look very slightly better and has a much better lobby area in size and design, but it made no difference, as you can use both sites pools, food outlets and the entertainment is over both the sites. We did find the staff at the Beach hotel more friendly and helpful, but we didn't have any issues with them at the Park. It's a longer walk to the actual sea but that wasn't an issue either. The entertainment is the normal type ypu find, a bit hit or miss, but we just people watched 🤣. There weren't many English there, so we got to know Eastern Europe well. There were lots of mosquitoes, but we'd taken sprays and a plug in, so seemed to miss most, but there were lots of people with lots of bites. There is a wide variety of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very similar everyday. But enough for a week, to mix and match. My only negative was the lack of coral and fish. We saw about 10 fish. There is 1 small place, so packed of people and there is no attempt to protect it. I've never been to Sharm before, so assumed it would be abundant like the many other parts I've been to, but there was nothing there. I went to adjacent hotels jetties to, and sadly still nothing. We went on a boat day trip with Falcon Adventure Excursions Sharm . This was very well organised and we saw corals and fish there. The only thing I'd say, is there were 60 boats out all at the same time, spread out. Thankfully it's quiet at this time, if it had been peak time, it would have been awful. I also did a morning quad ride with Falcon, which enjoyed. We also had a fantastic 4 hours at Butterfly Gym & Spa , where we had the Hamman experience. Worth every penny! We found the hotel spa very expensive and the hosts were so pushy. On our 1st day he tried 4 times throughout the day to get us to book. Offering deals for that day only.. it was like the 80's! 🤣.
