Another wonderful holiday at this lovely hotel. It's the staff that make the difference. We booked the evening meal on the beach, also fabulous & good value! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Elsayed is one in a million!! Thank you to everyone.

“First time visit - Definitely not the last!”

I visited for a week between 08-15th December 2024. Myself and one other friend. We had separate rooms, to which I emailed in advance asking if we could be next door to each other - The hotel facilitated this request. (Thank you!) We stayed in rooms 4217 & 4215 - Ground floor with a lovely terrace outside that overlooked the very well kept and immaculate gardens. This room choice was amazing as we were away from any noise caused from the beach or pool areas, plus limited foot traffic too. Rooms were kept amazingly clean - Mohammed is a lovely member of your team and kept our rooms spotless! Rooms had everything that was needed. Only thing I needed was an iron and ironing board to which I left a note for Mohammed and within a few hours it was delivered to my room and I was able to use it for the remainder of my holiday. Location is great - Across the road from the Old Market and Shahaba Mosque. Local currency is taken (Egyption Pounds) but also US Dollar and even British pounds too. We both took USD with us. Hotel is fantastic, so clean and Reception just smells amazing! Being female and solo travellers, we felt extremely safe here with both security at the entrance and also either side of the private beach. Well kept and maintained hotel - Staff really are a credit to the hotel. Always had a smile on their faces and go out of their way to ask how your day was and to wish you well. Mohamed Ali - He looks after the pool bar during the day and also covers the Alu Carts in the evening, he really made our stay memorable. Despite working long days, he always had a smile on his face and kept us flowing with drinks. Absolute credit to your hotel! Food was plentiful and cooked well. For us, the hotel was super clean and had everything we wanted for the week. We had the most amazing time and I intend on visiting again in 2025! “Lovely hotel even lovelier staff”

This was out second visit to this hotel this year. We immediately rebooked after our holiday in the summer. The hotel is lovely with a beautiful beach, grounds and truly astonishing staff. The food is excellent and both Al a carte restaurants are delightful. The hotel is only a couple of hundred meters from the old market which is lively and cosmopolitan with an incredible mosque that you are able to visit. However, for all of the high praise that I can place on the hotel the attentive staff are the absolute highlight. Everyone was friendly, efficient and kind. Of particular note were. Ahmed and Ibrahim Ahmed in the main restaurant. Yousaf at the Borsalino bar Abdullah at the beach bar and of course the utterly magnificent Mohammed Mesbah the Asst Recreation Manager who spoiled us every day just as he did in the summer. Thank you all!!!

“Fab-u-lous”

Clean, comfortable rooms and grounds. Food was very varied and the Signature restaurants were fabulous. Staff were all friendly and made the holiday. Entertainment tried hard to make it a special experience at the hotel. Could not fault it.
