Hello, first of all I want to mention that I had this excellent stay thanks to the involvement and kindness of manager Moataz. The manager turned a stay that had not started well into a quality stay. I want to congratulate him for his outstanding qualities and professionalism. The resort is very good, with a very vast territory, many swimming pools, quality services, international bottled drinks, good and varied food. The room was always clean and the fridge full Thanks to Hamouda, the best roomkeeper.

Dear everyone in Golf Beach Resort. Would like to share my thought and experience about my stay in this hotel with my sister and mother from very deep of my heart and honest. 1-st, I would love to say thank you all to the staff managements of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and I lost my bag at the airpot and I stayed in the hotel for 5 days using my sister clothes and it was not great and disappointed me from swimming-suite and what ever can be as I had nothing 😔 Met with the best Human you can ever see Moataz Samak (Mojo) and we called him Mr. Fixer that he can handle and fix anything with his personality and way of dealing. I am saying thing that because he really treated us professionally and he said to me I can hear the story and I have to offer help and support if I can. 1-st he called the office in Turkey to get to know where is my luggage. And after called Russian office it was always Voice messages. That was international call from his privat phone 🫡 We couldn’t reach anybody and he knew that. I have a number talking to me about luggage. He start to sent messages from my phone to this guy and told him the way. And he used his connections to know where exactly my luggage. Second day they called me and asked me to come to the airport to receive my luggage that was amazing. He asked the hotel driver to drive me to get the luggage and that was the best. Thanks Golf Beach Resort for everything.

Im going to do a comprehensive review here, so hopefully worth reading it all. Going to do an 'in a nutshell' review and then our pros/cons In a nutshell - Very nice, very friendly staff, nice food, nice spacious room (superior garden view), cocktail variety/quality could be improved in our opinion, good value for money, not quite as 'all inclusive' as i was expecting (read cons), had a lovely holiday and would recommend to others at this price point, mostly Russian guests, 10-15 mins from airport. 3+/4 Star Place. Overall 4.2 out 5 from us Our Pros: 1. The main hotel/lobby itself is nice and well presented, and the lobby staff were polite and helpful 2. A few pools to choose from (they do need some repair works here and there, but perfectly clean and usable) 3. Fairly quiet and peaceful i.e. not a party atmosphere, doesn't get too loud during the day, lots of families 4. Food was nice and varied. Good choice of fresh (generally) hot/cold foods. The grill was fired up for lunch/dinner everyday with lamb/beef/fish (different each day) etc. If you are after chips/pizzas/burgers and not very adventurous then i reckon some of you may not like it, but my partner and i are quite health conscious and it was nice for us to eat things that perhaps we may not have chosen were there more familiar foods available. From our perspective though, we really really liked it 5. Courtesy goes a long way at this place it seemed, and we found that small polite interactions with the staff were reciprocated in kind. The staff were great in our opinion. Special shout out to the hotel manager who was very visible throughout our stay, in the lobby, during all meal times, and generally checking up on everyone that they were ok. Perfect from a customer POV. Also special shout out to Mohamed at the pool who is a lovely man. Clever, thoughtful, polite, funny, just a really nice guy. The majority of guests were impolite and demanding by comparison to us, but it paid us dividends to extend small courtesies and treat others as you yourself would expect to be treated. Obviously......be nice, right? 6. Close to the sea, few mins walk down the wooden walkways to the jetty from where you could snorkel and see the wonders below. Really was quite spectacular. It does not have your typical sandy beach, its a shallow reef for 10m or so, and then a steep drop off full of fish and corals. 7. The room was spacious, clean enough for us, and we felt more than comfortable during our stay. Nice big bath, good water pressure, air con worked well, safe for belongings, big comfy bed, bedding was fine, tiled floor throughout, little fridge, kettle, small patio with arm chairs and table 8. Affordable bus/taxi service from the hotel to local attractions/areas. We opted for the shuttle bus most of the time which was $2 per head each way. Our Cons: 1. Cocktails, there are about 7/8 to choose from, but they need a bit of work. 'Not strong' seemed to mean 'please make it suitable for use as jet fuel', and they could really do with some blenders to make slushy ones. I think making them ice blended would really improve them a lot, and you would lose some of the strength of the alcohol because the ice would be a part of the drink. No strawberry daquiris here, which is a crime haha. 2. All Inclusive - perhaps our expectations were wrong, but during the booking it wasnt very clear what was/wasnt included. The 'Ultra All Inclusive' bit lured us in, but not everything is included. Room service is not included. Ala Carte you can use each restaurant 1x during your stay. There are 3 to choose from when we went, which meant have the buffet for the remaining nights or go out to eat. So mix it up for 3 of the nights, buffet/out for the other 7. The Japanese restaurant is chargeable, but this seems to be common in most places we have been in recent years. To be fair, the hotel manager did say to us if we want to use any restaurant again just let him know and not to worry about it, but on paper you should be charged for re using the restaurants. 3. Other guests - As above, mostly Russian guests. This is fine, but (even though we weren't on the receiving end) we found ourselves getting irritated with the way the staff were spoken to and we could feel eyes on us wherever we went. Maybe its just a cultural thing, but id be lying if i said it didn't have an impact on our experience. The staff share the same sentiments i think 4. Nothing is the price you get told, this includes hotel services such as excursions, spa treatments, and most other things. Haggling everything was becoming tiresome by the end. If the massage team had come up to us and started with a reasonable price for example, we would perhaps have been inclined to have one, but when you look at the price list and are trying to fight for a decent price, you cant be bothered by the end. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and came back relaxed. Didnt break the bank, and was good value for money we thought. Generally we were satisfied customers, and would recommend the place. Unfortunately the thing that let this hotel down was other guests to be honest.

99% of the people are Russian who are rude and excessive drinkers, you feel very sorry for the staff dealing with them who are very helpful and polite! 99% of the people are Russian who are rude and excessive drinkers, you feel very sorry for the staff dealing with them who are very helpful and polite! Rooms - we stayed in the royal wing which are bungalow type rooms, in nice grounds with a pool out front. Rooms are large and clean but need an update especially the bathroom which are a bit tired. Food - OK not bad food by any means but not much choice or variety! Ala cartes ok but again limited choices Staff - great team of people who are very helpful! Beach - great area for snorkelling
