We came to this hotel after 11 years, the hotel is spotless, we were in room 2121, the lad who cleaned the room did a excellent job, loved the little touches, also he new how to make a bed. Hubby said the food was very good, I struggled a bit,but that is me, George in restaurant was so helpful,he went above and beyond,your lucky to have him working for you, I would say the pool guys were great ,so friendly, bar staff excellent, plenty of space, never worried about getting a sun lounger,last couple of days went down to the beach bit, totally chilled out there, again staff there were great, we got asked to go to the Italian restaurant before we left,can say it was 100% excellent. think only thing needs looking at, is to have someone on reception who can understand English,as they struggled to understand things. overall we had a lovely holiday, we would come back again.

Throughout our stay we found that most staff here are wonderful especially George and Amir in the restaurant, they couldn’t do enough for you. They went above and beyond. There were a few others that are similar but didn’t get their names. Reception staff are very, very rude. Didn't get on with them at all. The hotel in general is clean. The rooms are clean and the room attendant again, couldn’t do enough. As far as all inclusive goes. This isn’t. Getting a drink is not easy, the staff don’t pay any attention to you and are extremely rude. There is just the lobby bar. That’s it. Nothing else. If you’re planning on coming to let of some steam then it’s not for you unfortunately. There’s no entertainment in the evening as such. Occasional dance show at 10pm, Other than that it’s pretty boring. The animation team give some entertainment by the pool in the morning from 10 am. This Consists of a quick dance then water polo/aerobics until 12 ish. Very loud music and they look so disinterested and tend to just walk around. the food isn’t great. The Omelette at breakfast is about the best thing. The rest is repetitive and I got a bit tired of eating the same thing. Many guests here also don’t understand the concept of queuing and waiting your turn. Checking out your room is 12. They were very quick in cutting your wristbands of. So a long four hour sit in the lobby for airport transport it was. Overall it was an okay holiday but I would not come again.

This hotel itself is ok. We found it clean and the air con in the room was great. Our room cleaner was lovely and very attentive. This hotel itself is ok. We found it clean and the air con in the room was great. Our room cleaner was lovely and very attentive. The majority of food was ok but breakfast left a lot to be desired but if you like an omelette or Boiled eggs then you're ok. If you are a fussy eater do not choose this hotel. The best restaurant for lunch is the grill house with its bbq chicken and beef but was quite dry. We was talked in to two nights there for evening meal but it was the same menu on both occasions. The seafood restaurant was excellent. The staff down there and on the beach area were the best. Lovely sea views from rooms and sunbeds, nice and peaceful spots can be found away from poolside. We like our alcohol and have been to all inclusive in different countries but this was the worst in that respect the size of cups was ridiculous. First night we got served with 250ml paper cups. The second night they were giving out espresso type paper cups. We took our own insulated 450ml cups and they filled them at the bar (after a couple of $ 1 tips) all week so we were ok. But I think the worst thing in this hotel was the entertainment or lack of. We found ourselves going back to our room after our evening meal as it was so boring and with very little other English guests found nothing to entertain us.
