Recently visited and stayed in the Coral sea Holiday resort, we went on a family holiday with a 2&4 year old and this is perfect for families! The food and facilities were top notch and Kayleigh from the animation team who also runs the kids club during the day is brilliant with the kids she always had different activities on and the kids absolutely love her. she then does the mini disco on a night time has the best personality for it! shes great with kids all ages! The lifeguards are always around and monitoring the pools and beach at all times, Ahmed the beach lifeguard was always around to help with our sun loungers and is such a kind man. We spent most of our time on the beach with pools being abit cold due to time of year so we were always greeted by Mohammad or Fawzy with a welcome drink to the beach they even remembered our orders. They’re both amazing people and a good laugh. The buffet resturant was one of the best we’ve been to with foods everyone would enjoy even my two fussy kids, the staff there are so helpful and always on hand to help, we loved Mahmood, Mosad, Rayan and Aya! They were also great with the kids always having a laugh and a high five. The al acarte resturants were the best we’ve had the Indian was definitely our favourite it was amazing. Bassam was the waiter and was always making sure we had enough and didnt need anything else. The greek restaurant was nice but could do with a more greek menu but Sandy was a lovely girl thank you! This hotel has a great team and they really do make your holiday special, they have an amazing animation team, Budda, marco, Shanai, Alicia, Julia and Luca are all an amazing group! We also appreciated a Tip isnt expected from you but they are so thankful when you do! Soho square and Naama bay is a short taxi ride too and is well worth visiting some lovely shops bars and restaurants and cheap enough too. Plenty outside the hotel with Mcdonalds, kfc, shops bars restaurants and Hard Rock Cafe all along the road. Perfect location and you can use the Aqua park across the road! The cleaners are always around the place is spotless and the rooms are huge our children loved there was always some animal made out of towels on the bed the cleaners are so nice and constantly changing the beach towels for us. We’ll deffo be back and we cant wait. Already on TUI looking. see you all soon. Thank you for being a great holiday xxx

“5* Kids Club, could not fault it.”

Kids club with Kayleigh was amazing for our granddaughter (5) she loved making all the craft things and brought something home that she had made on every session. A super holiday experience all round. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We could not fault any of the staff, all friendly, polite and well presented at all times. My granddaughter had her 5th birthday while there and she was very excited to see the decorations that Kayleigh from Animation had made for her on the room door and also when she arrived at kids club (which she spent a lot of time in there) Kayleigh is just amazing with the children during the day and also at the mini disco on a night. Thank you Kayleigh for making our holiday so enjoyable. The Pool / Bar staff Michel and Recreation Mesham were always on hand during the day to help set up sun lounges/ drinks. A massive thank you to all the Animation team too for making me get up and join in with Aqua gym, yoga, darts and bocha! THANK YOU ALL

Everything was good The redemption team is very good especially Mohamed Adel , he is very polite and friendly 😃👍🏻 The restaurant was good , food was delicious, rooms were cleaned well We are very happy that we visited this hotel . We wish you good luck
