“Great snorkling... great staff”

We had a lovely time ... We went with family and friends . Rooms have old furniture but clean. Staff are very polite and very helpful , always going the extra mile . Food is average with a few exceptions They are really good with the Egyptian cusine ... and special thanks to Ashraf the pizza 🍕 chef… more

Food is average with a few exceptions They are really good with the Egyptian cusine ... and special thanks to Ashraf the pizza 🍕 chef They have plenty of food all day long till 9.30 The beach is not the best thing for kids but the amazing reef for diving and snorkelling is one of the best Pool is big ... we also did some diving , parasailing and other stuff . Special thanks to Carlos and Mariam Location is great ... easy access to the city I definitely recommend 👌 this hotel for your next vacation. staff are very reliable and trustworthy Special thanks yo hamed at the restaurant and the life guards by the beach Food & drinks .... Plenty of varieties But of average quality ,Drinks are free And restaurants available till late

Really a very good as value compared to money , very friendly and helpful staff , good variety of very tasty food and also the quantity, good modern rooms , good swimming pool with different depth level , the sea is acceptable with some reefs for snorkeling - don't forget your swimming shoe or wate… more

“Family holiday”

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. Straight away we were told, that due to overbooking, our room with pool view and a balcony was not available ( 2 single beds). As i had paid extra for this room, i was quite annoyed but we settled for a larger room with 3 single beds and a pool view without a balcon… more

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. Straight away we were told, that due to overbooking, our room with pool view and a balcony was not available ( 2 single beds). As i had paid extra for this room, i was quite annoyed but we settled for a larger room with 3 single beds and a pool view without a balcony. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was nice. We were told to come back down at 11pm to eat a meal as we were starvinvg due to the long journey. which was very nice. All the staff are very friendly, from the waiters, the lifeguards , the cleaners, to the reception staff. Food was a buffet. It was nice enough. Desserts were always very dry and repetitive. The pool was lovely, although there was a silent war going on about who could put their towels on the loungers first. Beach was also lovely. In fact, the view of the sea was stunning. There are 4 shops on the beach. The oud shopkeeper was very rude when i walked in. The jewellery shopkeeper was friendly up until he found out i had bought a silver bracelet from the old market. After that, he started blanking me and my daughter, like we owed him something. The animation team were slightly annoying but nothing we couldnt get over. The only issue i has was with the taxi service in the lobby. He charged me £10 (635 EP) to the old market. Local taxis charged 200 EP. When confronted, he lied and said the £10 included a return journey from the market, which he did not say at the time. Wouldnt refund or give us our missed ride. Very disappointing behaviour, but you can only fool me once. . Our flight back was at 10pm so we paid for late check out which was at a very reasonable price. Overall the hotel was very very nice. I would recommend to all.
