“Enjoyable vacation”

We stayed at the hotel as a group between November 9-15. The hotel was clean enough, its location and proximity to the sea, and the availability of sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas and the provision of food and beverage needs were quite good.

Excellent stay and hotel. We arrived at 9.30pm and the staff were polite and accommodating and sorted out a late dinner for us at 11pm! Very welcome after a long day of travel. Excellent stay and hotel. We arrived at 9.30pm and the staff were polite and accommodating and sorted out a late dinner for us at 11pm! Very welcome after a long day of travel. The staff member who cleaned our room was honest and ensured we were reunited with my watch that that had been accidentally left in the safe when we checked out. Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The restaurant staff were amazing and overall all staff members added to the overall great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and a great choice as quiet during the day and loads of space and subbed choice. Great swimming off the beach and excursions easily booked from the reception. Great diving trips also and all arranged via the hotel. I went with a low expectation and came away ready to rebook! An excellent all round family holiday with older teens. Would have no hesitation in recommending! Thankyou :-)

“HONEST REVIEW!”

“The hotel” The hotel is very nice located, especially if you want to try snorkelling or diving, next to the nice and quiet beach. *Pros + You have a first aid desk next to be beach, where you can change towals (friendly employees). + A lots of spots where you can take a rest, even with a high occu… more

“The hotel” The hotel is very nice located, especially if you want to try snorkelling or diving, next to the nice and quiet beach. *Pros + You have a first aid desk next to be beach, where you can change towals (friendly employees). + A lots of spots where you can take a rest, even with a high occupation, you still have got a lot of beds where you can park. + There’s a beach volleyball, beach tennis and beach football courts, whether there are some limitations, such as few sand, and higher barriers, they are ok for you to have fun. *Cons - Beach is very small. The staff doesn’t allow you to take a bath after 18:00 (what?) they claim that you might hurt yourself (Guys, i know that you take care of all customers but, they’re not babies). - Also, pools close at 17H50… Really??? 17H50… which means that after 18H00 you just simply have no place where you can go for a swim… (look, chemicals and treatment of the water are no excuse, pool should close at 19:00 or 20:00). “The crew” Most of the staff are nice, from the reception, the lifeguards, the restaurant, almost everyone is always with a smile in their face. *Pros + The staff is always trying to attend your needs. *Cons - Unfortunally, all the rules have expections and, on the very first day i’ve had a bad experience, when some guy at the reception called my room at 02H30 claiming that the room wasn’t paid. He stood in front of my room, slaping at the door, with an ATM machine, worst than, it just looked like a debt collector (dude, you got 7 mornings, 7 afternoons and 7 evenings to solve that matter, not 2,30AM… really???). “The animation” Which animation? Inexistant!!! *Pros + Some animation during the day, aqua gym, beach volleyball, football and table tennis, and some shows on the evening, dance, music, etc. *Cons - On the evening it simply doesn’t exist. (i was expecting karaoke, and local dancing shows) - Animation during the day is almost inexistant. “The food and drinks” As in all inclusive fare, you’ll have access to all meals and all drinks, except for some. *Pros + Meals are ok, not that UAU… but, it was enough. + Good seleccion of the food. + Drinks are just fine too. *Cons - Deserts needs urgent new recepes, cakes and cakes and more cakes and some fruit, everything else in inexistant as we should expect some pudins, chocolate mousse and so on. - In most places, all drinks are at the customers disposal, except at the bar next to the swimming pool, the soda machine is not accessible to the public (i’m quite sure that there’s a motive, which i can’t figure it out!) “The Internet” The hotel announces that has got internet at customer’s disposal, everywhere. *Pros + Sorry, i can’t remember one. *Cons - Although the wifi signal is strong you can’t stay connected for more than 1 or 2 minutes, if you really need internet connection, stay out of this hotel or buy a data sim card, which was my case. “The rooms” Nice and cozy rooms but need some remodeling. *Pros + Nice beds. + Nice space. + Existing Frigo bar + Those balcony’s are a must have. + Good clean. *Cons - Wood doors are old and a little rusty which cause doors to slap. - Old TV set. - TV channels (AUCH!). - Inexistant internet connection (for sure it’s the worst internet connection i’ve experienced all over the World). Overall, i booked for 7 nights, i consider it was a good but could be improved. If you’re looking for a quiet and nice place for a stay, where you can snorkel or dive or even to take some rest, considering the price and benefict, and if you don’t mind about internet connection at all, this is your place.
