Excellent hotel! The sea is gorgeous, the reef is diverse, there are many interesting fish. The rooms are new, clean. The food is delicious and varied. I would say that there are no downsides, but the situation that developed on the first day of our vacation does not give me and my husband the opportunity to leave a positive review. We thought for a long time whether to write, but still decided. Since the situation pops up in our thoughts every day, and we really trust our inner feelings. We came on vacation with our friends, the transfer that brought us to the hotel put us in an incomprehensible situation. Mohmud, who drove us, asked us to arrange check-in at the hotel with a certain administrator and put $ 90 in the passport upon registration. Since we come to Egypt not for the first time in a large company and pay extra for placing us in rooms on the same floor, this offer did not surprise us. And we thank you upon check-out if you liked the vacation. We checked in and after a while the person who did the transfer came to us with a request to write a statement that when checking in we were asked to pay extra for our accommodation by the administration employee Mohamed. My husband was against it, everything was fine with us. While we were discussing his request, he was called by what he called an employee of the hotel, Ahmed, and offered a higher category room and a free transfer in exchange for our statement. Our friends agreed and signed the statement. My husband would like to know if the employee Mohamed suffered from the thoughtless act of our friends and the vile attitude of his colleagues. Dear administration, please provide feedback. How did this situation affect the employee of the administration Mohamed and I recommend that you pay attention to the work of the hotel administration.
