The hotel lived up to all expectations! So we came to Egypt to relax and enjoy the Sea, not to look for disadvantages. If someone writes negative reviews, then they have not been in this hotel. Housekeeping came every day and cleaned thoroughly. The food at the hotel is a solid four, and anyone who expected lobsters to be served here had to go to a hotel of a higher class. Very tasty cocktails were served outside the restaurant every evening. All hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. And of course I would like to especially mention the animation team. They are very active guys smiling every time. They made our vacation even better. There are a lot of activities in the hotel and for adults, and for kids. You can choose according to your preferences: stretching, aquagym, boccia, belly dance and zumba classes, yoga. Once a week the team hosts a foam and pool parties. And for those who could not relax properly, there is a special quiet area on the beach where you will not be disturbed. The evening program is very varied, something new every day. There are mini disco for kids and face painting. Disco for adults is also every night inside the hotel. A week at the hotel was not enough, we will definitely come back in the next year. I hope that we will find the current stuff. Thanks for the hospitality!

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days with my family amazing hotel the rooms are clean the view is so great, and the food is very good and the stuff is friendly and cooperative . the beach is clean and so beautiful and suitable for families . the most exciting thing was the animation team with Mr.Ramy the leader and Mr.Hamoudy the fire man and the rest of the team those guys will not leave you, so many many activities at the beach and around the pool also the night show everything with those guys is perfect they are so professional in their entertainment in all the ways .

The hotel in general was nice. A bit old but the room was fairly clean and big with all the amenities. The highlight of our stay was the beach, with free sun-beds and umbrellas, with the possibility of snorkelling. Food was mediocre at best, not many options and everyday the same. The resort is tailored more for families and older people. As a younger couple we found the animation team a bit pushy and overwhelming. Most of the staff was polite, however some of them were over-worked and seemed burnt out. The all-inclusive drink menu was okay with a great selection of local drinks. Overall I recommend it for the right price, However Marsa Alam has a lot of options.
