“Amazing stay at Rihana, water slides are awesome!”

Our family had an amazing stay at Rihana resort, the pools and water slides were awesome! The water slides were a big hit for the kids and adults too. Food and daily entertainment shows were great. We also enjoyed the lagoon and boat shuttle to the beach.

We recently spent five days at the Three Corners Hotel as four families, and we had an exceptionally positive experience. I want to start by appreciating the hotel's management. Despite Mr. Yaser, the Hotel Manager, not being present during our stay, everything ran very professionally, reflecting his strong leadership and management skills. Madame Cecile, the General Manager, also deserves recognition for ensuring everything was in order. Our first interaction was with Mr. Maickel from the reservation team, who did a great job coordinating our booking. We arrived very early, and Mr. Rafaat from the front office went out of his way to accommodate my family, especially considering we have some disabilities. It's worth noting that they have rooms specially designed for disabled guests. Naser from the front office also provided excellent service. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly honest and trustworthy. A special thank you to Mr. Zakria, who returned my and my wife's rings, which we had forgotten in the safe. Abanob from housekeeping was exceptional in ensuring our room was perfect. The pool area and the staff there were also very helpful, especially Aymen and Yousef. The food and variety at the restaurant were impressive and delicious. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Magdy, the Food and Beverage Manager. Special thanks to Christine, Demiana, and Mary in the main restaurant, who served with genuine care and love. The bartenders, Samwel, Joseph, Yousef, John, and Kerolos, were also very helpful. One area for improvement is with Mohamed Amer, who needs to learn how to respect his colleagues and treat them gently, especially in front of guests. Lastly, I would like to thank Mr. Saleh from Guest Relations and Mr. Magdy Monir for their assistance. In conclusion, the hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. “Amazing experience”

The staff was very helpful and very kind, the resort was comfortable there are many cleaned bathrooms everywhere. The general environment was amazing. ( in restaurants, pools, sea, the island and in the night) I had so fun and great experience with the resort.

“Super amazing experience”

The place is very clean and the service was amazing, the aqua park was super fun. The food was delicious! The boat trip was nice and the view was amazing.There were super fun activities in the pool like, volleyball, hand ball and fitness. The night show was good, 11/10 recommend three corner hotel.
