“My best vacation”
Best holiday ever. All the staff was very friendly but I mostly remember Mr. Mahmoud who was really amazing and helpful. The management was extremely supportive if there’s was any problem they would solve it immediately. Thank you so much 😊

“Great holiday made 5* by the staff”
So we booked the sister hotel "el palacio" but due to the staff at the palma de mirette especially Ahmed samir. His attitude towards guest service is above anything I've experienced on any holiday, he is attentive, caring and professional to a tee, he sorted some minor issues for us in his own time… more

“Great experience”
The best staff, very welcoming and professional and approachable. Ahmad samir is a very friendly, kind and caring person, he is always out and about and checking on the visitors if they need anything. We went to the hotel twice because of the great hospitality from the staff especially Ahmad Samir

This location was right smack where we could stay out of the actual city hustle but a $1 Uber away. It has BEAUTIFUL private beach access. We loved our stay in Hurghada and will be going back.
