Well what can I say. From start to finish was amazing. Just arrived home from a weeks visit. And my only regret was not booking longer. From the reception staff waiters chefs bar staff entertainment life guards house keeping even security were brilliant. Went out their way to help in anyway they could. Check in was quick and easy. Room was lovely and clean. With lots of cool towel art for my son. Big shout out to Emir and Dora from entertainment for making time for us and going out their way to make sure we were having a fab time. The pool bar man by water slides (sadly forgotten his name?) was fab. Cocktails were lovely. We truly had the best family holiday and felt looked after from start to finish,we will definitely be returning. Food was lovely. We always found something to eat and never went hungry. Over all a 10/10 guys. And can't wait to return. Thank you all so much for helping make this such an amazing family holiday. Sad to be home again 😞

This is the second time we have gone to aqua magic Really everything's was excellent -Let’s start about stuff everyone helpful -The food and drinks was so delicious -The service in sea very good and also the snacks was so yummy -All pool clean -The room very hight level of cleanse and the room service helpful they usually ask if we need anything Finally i need to share my opinion about animation team last summer we really enjoyed with them but this summer not bad but not professional like the previous team (Note: This is the biggest thanks to MADONA in reservation team really really she was amazing with us i just told her my husband birthday was 30 Sep and she surprised us in our room, she’s the kindest one i have ever meet)

We come to hurghada regularly (2-5x a year) and usually stay at Mamlouk / Sunrise or one of the Serenity Hotels. But I’d heard great things about the Steigenberger chain so wanted to give it a try. We are from the U.K. I booked via Stay for Long, it was very competitive priced at around £550 for the week for me and my 10yo son. I hadn’t realised the low price was for an “economy room” which is smaller and doesn’t have a balcony. We found the room to be perfectly suitable for our needs. There was a couple of small issues - the shower wasn’t draining and the bed was very hard. I mentioned this to reception and they had fixed the shower within a few hours and added a mattress topper to the bed to make it soft. The room was then perfect. Air con nice and cold. Fridge filled wit water and pop. Plenty of wardrobe space. Powerful shower with a good and consistent temperature at all times of day. Could have been more plug sockets, but that’s a minor moan. When I returned to my room on my birthday they had brought me cake and decorated my room - I was really touched by this as I hadn’t informed the hotel it was my birthday. It was a gesture that really meant a lot - thank you. One thing I loved about this hotel was the European efficiency - you can tell it’s German owned! At other hotels I would get annoyed queueing at the bar for 15 minutes for a bottle of water - here, water and soft drinks are self service. So much quicker and easier! They also have amazing ice creams 12-5pm (Cornetto, lollies, ice cream tubs) which is free and much better than the rubbish ice cream machines at other hotels that taste like water. The animation team are great - Oksana and Dora have been a pleasure. Friendly and encouraging but not pushy. We are at the Italian ala carte which was good. Portions are bigger than I expected! Service was efficient, never waited long for a drink! The hygiene and sanitisation in the buffet is very good - and neither me or my son have had any stomach issues. The salad bar at the buffet is the best I’ve seen in a hotel - so many choices and different dressings. But the choice of meat / protein is lacking a little bit. Usually at these 5* hotels you would have a tray of chicken, fish, beef, lamb, then maybe someone carving beef, usually there is 5-8 meat/fish choices at each buffet but here I have struggled to find more than 3. All the food is delicious though. The bar is also efficient - and the cocktails are great, I’ve enjoyed the “strawberry ginger” which is very nice. The omlettes and crepes in the morning is also handled with German efficiency which was great! There aren’t very many English families, so it’s hard for my son to find people to play with. That’s the only downside really. The gym is basic but has enough to get by. And it’s air conditioned! There’s a 20kg bar bell, plenty of DBs (in lbs) a couple of weight machines and some cardio stations. The hardest part is finding it - it’s not very well sign posted! It’s on the 5th floor behind the adult slides! At first you think you’re walking into peoples rooms because there’s no signage. If you’re booked to stay here you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return again, and will add it to our mix of “regular” hotels we stay at.

“Magic Breeze bar”

Magic breeze bar is the best bar in the hotel! Really nice staff, great service, always smiling and open for a little chat. They make sure you never have empty drinks. The absolutely friendliest crew and especially Sayed Ahmed. We are already looking forward to com back.
