“Fabulous stay”

Excellent staff nothing to much trouble food and cleanliness what more can I say the entertainment was very good the Tuesday festival we found by accident was fabulous and the vip evening event was so good with lovely seafood food excellent 3 weeks we will definitely be back next year.

A great weeks stay at such a happy, welcoming hotel. Large enough to offer varied locations but retained a personal touch. The friendly, efficient staff made our visit memorable. The spotless facilities, extensive range of locations, pools, beach and availability of sunbeds was outstanding. Sharing the dining at the five a la carte restaurants with the adjacent sister hotel made for tasty varied cuisine. The hotel was not full, being pre Christmas, but was great value for money. This is the best of our four visits to Eygpt.

If you want a lovely hotel with rooms of a good size, queen size double bed with a very good bathroom and an excellent shower, good variety of food of excellent presentation with unlimited drinks and excellent staff that want to serve you, then this is your ideal hotel. However, there are some areas that i'm going to point out that you may find of interest. 1 pool was only heated, however it wasn't that busy that this was an issue. The hotel is classified as a 5* Hotel, however it's not the same as a 5* in the UK. Food in the main restaurant is a la carte, however there are other restaurants dotted about the hotel that provide a restaurant service from a menu but the quality of food is no different to the a la carte and there may be an additional cost. The food quality is ok, sometimes lacks flavour and would seem to be from the previous days unused choice. Ice creams fridges were seen but they were virtually empty. Sometimes lunch is served outside which is excellent but not enough parasols to eat in the shade. Entertainment is also ok, could do with more local artists on the theatre stage. Drinks, these are not branded alcohol, therefore cocktails are limited. Staff that have a business at the hotel ie spa, vitamin bar's that you pay for, do hassle you even after asking them to go away. Outside of the hotel there are a row of shops just a short walk away, however every shopkeeper will entice you to come into their shop. There is a Mall further way that sells designer clothes if you are interested. Don't get me wrong, we had a lovely relaxing break and good value for money.
