I am a repeater guest to this hotel. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Has everything you need with access to all 3 hotels for everyone’s needs. The staff are amazing!! Really do deserve the world! Bar men, bar staff, animation, lifeguards, house keeping. All amazing

Perfect scene for anyone. Access to the neighbouring hotels facilities which is fantastic. Pools for kids, peace and quiet, Aqua park, pool parties- all separate from one another. The food is excellent quality. Large salad selection, large selection of breads. Pasta station (choose your pasta and sauce). Huge variety of meats every day- chicken, beef, lamb, duck, veal, turkey, fish, shell fish- it goes on! Plenty of veg too. There’s food for everyone here. Drinks are self service and served upon being greeted by a waiter. Variety of fruit juice to choose from- Guava, Mango, Apple, Orange, Pomegranate. Entertainment happens every night, although we didn’t go to any (by choice) couldn’t say what it was like. Bars dotted all over the venue, never to be dehydrated. Plenty of sun beds too! Shuttle bus to the beach operates from 8am- 6.30pm. There is a free bar on the beach too which is included. Pack a mask & snorkel! There are gorgeous fish in the sea and it’s so warm! Seen a pufferfish and some beautiful yellow fish. Hotel cleanliness is superb. There are always cleaners going around and gardeners keeping the gardens looking beautiful. Staff are very happy to help and have a good jokey personality. They make you feel at ease and that you can approach them. Negatives of our experience: If you are near the other hotels you get hassled non-stop from the spa staff to come in for treatments. They don’t accept no the first time. It’s as if they have to justify it over and over. (We did book several treatments which were good but this was after being pestered multiple times.) while I get this is advertisement- you’re expecting to be able to relax and not be hassled when on holiday. We had a few issues at the airport which made us late arriving to the hotel. We arrived around 12.30am. We’d be travelling all day and hadn’t eaten since lunch time. We weren’t offered anything to eat upon arrival (even some whole fruit would have been enough! Just felt rude to ask) we waited until breakfast. The shop on site make their own prices up. Nothing has a price on it and are extortionate upon bringing it to the till. For example- 2 adult sized pool rings were £50. Back home- £10 each, if that. Shops for some gifts £6 a bracelet, usually would be 3€ in other countries.

Rooms were everyday cleaned and uploaded with water for consumption. All the resort is very cleaned. There are a lot of pools that were every night cleaned by stuff. The food is cooked in real time, was very tasty. There are a lot of restaurants with different specialties. On one night you can reserved a dinner to a restaurant “fancy” - we reserved to Culine with sea food speciality and everything was good. Everybody from stuff is pacient with you and is asking if you need something. On the night, there is a 18+ pub on the roof top where are different shows but are allowed also kids. I don T know if it s parent’s fault or hotel’s stuff fault but I think this rule with 18+ need to be respected for teenagers. On the day there are a lot of activities in resort like darts, Zumba, you can rent the football or basket place for extra 4€. We go to the beach with bus, I think 5 minutes. The hotel is not near to the beach, you need to pass a road and it s better for your safety to use the bus. Also on the beach there is a beach bar. The sea keeps the normal level, you can swim all the day. I recommended to you to take your own snorkeling’S equipment because are a lot of fishes and you can do wherever you want snorkeling. When we go to Luxor the stuff prepared something for breakfast that we can take on the way. Very good experience to this hotel, I will recommended to everybody that want to go in Hurghada and the price is a low one compared with condition and hospitality of the stuff.
