This is nothing special in terms of standard of accommodation. The rooms are fine but not of the deluxe variety. What is special is the staff, especially Mahmood the restaurants manager. I have never gone all inclusive before and I am in my 60's now. The food variety was more geared towards German guests, but I still considered it first class. The bars, the atmosphere and the place as a whole made this a totally relaxing and chilled out experuence.

“Super holiday”

We enjoyed so much at that hotel, starting from reception,they are very friendly, welcoming us very good.the beach is top and sea was very good.the service and the facilities are very good.everything is available without problems.the atmosphere was very cool .we will come back soon

“Great chill out complex”

So, we are two mature male adults (65,70) on a two centre holiday, hotel first week, then Nile cruise. So, we are two mature male adults (65,70) on a two centre holiday, hotel first week, then Nile cruise. We were due to be at the Jasmine Palace but got moved to the Labranda Royal Madayki The complex is magnificent. Very well designed and litter free. Three pools are more than ample and even though you had to try and beat the German sunbed reserves, there would generally be one and staff would help with moving it. The Labranda has a very relaxing feel. Staff were top class. Always attentive. The toilets had a staff member there all day constantly cleaning and keeping the area fresh. Food was acceptable and what you expect from an all inclusive package. For me, I would have liked some nuts at breakfast. The omelette chef was a joy to watch. We ate at the Italian and Greek restaurants however they were disappointing with limited menu. The gym on the beach is a great setting and soon to be upgraded. You have free water all day from two huge fridges on the beach front. Evening entertainment was limited due to the time of year. The rooms are a bit dated with dark furniture but clean and spacious. The specialist coffee bar is open 8-12 and was excellent. You have a bar every 50 yards on the beach and at poolside There are lovely areas to sit across the whole complex in shade or sun. The hotel was only half full and it may feel different at peak times. Overall if you are just looking for guaranteed sun in November and a chill out, then this will tick all the boxes. There is a sports bar out of the way for those who have to watch football and it has free table tennis and pool. Service and staff. 5* Gardens pool and beach 5* Food 3.5/4* Overall 4.5*
