My wife and I had an 8-day stay, and our experience with the hotel was very good. I’ll highlight a few points, both positive and negative. The pillows are quite firm. They don't have the soft down filling that we are used to in Norway. It is fairly noisy from the hallway to the room. This wasn't an issue for us when we were here in March, but I can imagine that if the hotel is fully booked, it could get a bit noisy. They are very good with cleaning. The room was clean, but the staff were also working in the common areas constantly to keep them clean. This gives a great result. The food was very good, especially at "Rose". They prepare much of the food in an open kitchen, and it looks clean. Everyone working with food preparation wears rubber gloves and hairnets. Champion Akmed makes fantastic pizza. There is a large and varied selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so we ate here almost the entire time. Master Mahmod handled drinks and tables in an exceptional way, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. We experienced a day when the air conditioning wasn’t working. There is a person from the lobby who walks around asking guests if everything is okay. We approached him, and he promised to take care of the issue. When we returned to the room 5 hours later, the air conditioning had been fixed. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. You can always have a little chat or joke around, which they seem to enjoy as well. One thing we couldn’t quite figure out was the rules regarding cleaning in the gym and the pool area. The signs were there, but none of the guests followed them. I would also like to mention that giving tips seems to be part of Egyptian culture. We tried to understand it, but we’re not sure if we got it entirely right. In summary, we recommend Bellagio and don’t think it’s impossible to return. The beginning of March was perfect for us in terms of temperature, the gym was in good enough condition for me to get the workout I needed, and we got more than enough bottled water. “Amazing”
This is one amazing place and people ❤️ they are so kind and friendly and so funny. Always helpful, care takers and always help you out. Rooms are clean and tidy. Place is amazing, we absolutely 💯 love it 🥰 Definitely worth it 👌 and Definitely coming here again

My friends and I just completed a week at this fantastic hotel. My review is based on our personal experience and I will be honest about it. We were a group of 8 black women and a toddler, we never felt we were treated any differently to other guests and I would definitely go back to this hotel with my family. First Impression: The hotel was clean and welcoming, the security greeted us warmly even though we arrived around 1;30 am. Ahmed at reception checked us in quickly and did his best to ensure our rooms were as close as we could get ( 8 in our group 5 rooms reserved), there was a minor issue with one of the rooms solely the fault of the website we made our booking. Ahmed was kind enough to resolve it in a timely manner. The lobby and grounds are well maintained and always clean. We were there during Ramadan, one person in our group was fasting, the hotel brought up food to her room 2am daily for her Sur and they also opened the restaurants early for guests fasting to break their fast. Staffs: Most of the staffs I encountered were polite and helpful, a big thank you to Ahmed, John, Ramy in reception. Mahmood in Rose restaurant and Ahmed in Jasmine restaurant. The chefs were always polite especially the chef in Jasmine pasta station. A few other people I don't remember their names. Thank you Rooms: Our rooms were huge and very clean, a little tired but well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned daily. we had bathrobes, slippers, safe, water and drinks in the mini bar in the room. The walk in shower is massive with a hand shower and rainforest shower. you get shampoo and shower gel. There is also hand soap and conditioner. some rooms had luggage stands, others didn't but it didn't bother me. Our rooms except one all had amazing views of the beach and the pool. My room was on the 4th floor 1550 and another friend was in 1548, beautiful view of the sea Food: Typical all inclusive, different dinner theme daily, we didn't have lunch often but when we did we found something to eat. Breakfast was good, I particularly like the omelette stations where you get to personalise your eggs. They have fresh mini pancakes, waffles and other breakfast items. One thing I really like about the food is the variety of salads. There is abundance of fresh exotic fruits at meal times. I hadn't eaten Guava in years, it was nice to eat it again at this hotel. The coffee in very strong and as a black coffee lover, I found myself diluting the black coffee with hot water. Water and drinks are available all day from the pool bar, the restaurants, and the indoor bar. Meal time : breakfast 6am - 10am, Lunch 1pm - 3pm, dinner 6pm to 9pm Snack bar: This is the one thing I wasn't a fan off, the snacks are limited to ice-cream and mostly Egyptian biscuits. They would sometimes have burgers but I found them cold and inedible. The snack bar is opened 24hrs. Pool: The hotel has 6 pools, we only used the main one because it is the only heated pool. the others were too cold but then again we visited in March. The pool is not deep about 1.6m I think ( I cant remember clearly). keep your towel cards and do not lose them or you may have to pay when you check out. The kids pool has slides and they look safe. Kids club: My friend took her daughter in a few times, but left, the staffs weren't particularly welcoming according to her so we didn't use the facility but on other days when I walked past it I could see lots of shoes outside and hear sounds of kids and the entertainers. Beach: The hotel is located on a stunning beach. the water is clear and shallow and good for swimming Entertainment: The hotel has a fantastic entertainment team and we had different shows daily. They engaged with the guests and encouraged us to participate in the activities. There is a club free for guests on the second floor. it can be quite noisy if your room is on that floor. one of my friends was a few doors from the club. she said she barely heard the noise Would I visit again? most definitely

Great resort. Good facilities. Several pools to accommodate different ages. Several bars. Lobby bar has a great atmosphere and offers good range of cocktails. We had excellent service from Amir. Entertainment every night in the jazz bar. While we were there had an Egyptian themed show by the pool which was amazing. Singers, dancers and fire show. Food in the buffet restaurants for vegetarians is a bit repetitive but always found something to eat. Visited the a la carte restaurants and were looked after well by Shaban. He was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff do an amazing job 24 hours a day! Mohamed cleaned our room which was always done well with little towel art surprises each day. Will definitely be going back
