Service was great the lady(Miss Alina) was nice to us and also went up to use when we picked the menu realizing we were gonna order something, the Pina coladas were amazing my favorite menu item would of had 3 or more if my family didn't stop me. This resort was the best resort I ever went to the service was really good. The pool was really good the bathrooms were really clean the pillows were comfortable and I hope someday I’ll come back again. Thank you so much Sheraton Santo Domingo I will visit again

Alina gives service, and also does her job with passion, The food was great also the music. If you need a hotel to stay at for a couple days Sheraton hotel is the best choice in my opinion. It’s also right next to the Malecón. Great working staff.

“I still crave the Piña Coladas”
I went on a Day Pass with my family for the first time. The hotel has a very beautiful interior and memorable service. Alina was very nice,attentive, and very helpful.The jacuzzi was warm and the pool was really deep. The piña coladas we're amazing and I recommend them alot if you visit.
