“Very good”
Orlando and Ernesto both provided excellent service. Four night stay. Highly recommend the breakfast Buffett also. The gym is superb - best I have experienced - better than any hotel gym in the U.S. Nov stay. Next time we will come in Jan or Feb.

“Excellent Hotel with outstanding service”
I have been visiting The Renaissance Jaragua since 1996. Every trip has gotten better especially over the last 2 years. Awesome friendly staff. Great restaurant and coffee bar. Huge shoutout to Jennifer and Ernesto w2ho made the 10th Floor lounge feel like home. Nice, large hotel, with beautiful garden, courtyard and pool. There are nice views of the ocean and the hotel restaurant had a fantastic coconut seafood stew. “Great time at the Renissance”
They did everything possible to make our stay fun and pleasant. Very nice staff. After a while they knew what we wanted and how we wanted it and they were always first to make sure we got everything we needed and requested. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly
