“Great but...”
We were disappointed in our room at first,however whatever needed to be fixed was done immediately. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in our room at first,however whatever needed to be fixed was done immediately. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Catherine at the front desk was super, friendly, caring so joyful. I will remember her for a long time. Franklin in the a la carte restaurant was so kind, friendly, made sure everything was perfect, so joyful and conducted himself professionally. The cleaning staff was beyond great. I have to say that the staff made it a five star, however the resort really needs to be upgraded. They need to tell people exactly where there rooms are, we were two elderly friends and they put us where the entertainment was, the music was aggravating and extreme loud.
