I stay in this hotel 2 weeks ago from Toronto , the hotel was nice the food a bit repetitive but you always find something to eat, the pools were nice but bar pool need it a bit more maintenance. Entertainment staff was amazing always trying very hard to make your stay fun and respect when you want to be quit and relaxing . the beach was very nice be careful sometimes waves are too high and it will be hard to stand getting deep suddenly, one of reason that went to this hotel was the gym but i have to say not very happy with the staff at the gym , i find the person that attended the gym to be rude and all the time trying to intimidate guess witch didn’t work with me when i approached him he call security. on me and the only reason was that i was using two towels an set of one , i don’t think I will go back to this hotel cause i like my workouts and didn’t feel respect there .

This hotel was disappointing for us and our trip. The general hotel was nice and on a great location, but we had MANY issues with reception staff, the rooms and food. On night one we had issues with our room and reported to the reception staff. We'd paid for a 'sea view' and there was literally not a sliver of sea to see. We appreciated sea view is often limited but this was ridiculous. We also were on a walk way so the balcony was passed all day/night by staff and guests. They did agree to move us room but after arguing it and getting very upset we were unhappy. It also had to be on their terms on what day and time we moved and we got a 10 minute window bang in the middle of the day to move rooms only. The new room's telly didn't work and had intermittent AC. The WIFI reception was awful in all areas of the hotel and was hit and miss whether it would connect. We had another family member book in at the same time to join us who also found the lobby/reception staff particularly difficult and one lady named Tedy was very aggressive. They also had to move rooms as there was no WIFI and the hotel staff were very argumentative about why that was something they wanted. When we moved rooms Tedy advised my sister that our booking was cancelled (with a large smile on her face) and that we would be leaving. This was not the case and she actually said someone else (not in our booking) had cancelled it - which is not possible. The customer service skills were particularly lacking and ruined the experience. I imagine this has been the case for many guests! Our flight was not until 9pm on the day we were checking out so we asked up front if we could pay for the the later check out. The way they operate it is you need to turn up at 7am on the last day to see if this is possible. I don't know how they expect anyone to plan in that way. As it happens, we couldn't get the late checkout we required on the day and was told 'you should have came along earlier this morning' (this was only at 7am). We were offered a 'curtesy' room later after check out so we could shower and freshen up before our flight home. This turned out to be a 20 minute slot only for our party of 3! we were advised we would have to knock and ask the previous guest to leave the room and that 20 minutes later a new guest would be coming to knock on the door to get us out.... what a shambles of a set-up. The room itself was dirty, had no clean towels as expected and a pile of dirty towels, plasters and mess on the floor and was not lockable. I went down again to reception to complain and was 'shooed' away like a dog by the man on reception. I can safely say we will never stay here again. On another note, the food was okay but limited serving times, machines were out of order and staff couldn't help if you asked what something was. We had a vegetarian and ceoliac with us and there was no dietary or allergen advice or anyone who could help with this. It made dinners very limited and not enjoyable. There is one shop onsite for snacks and souvenirs - we went there after dinner so we could perhaps get some crisps or juice to have in our room and one bag of crisps was $8!!! this hotel really needs to review customer serivice and how they operate to make the experience more enjoyable.

Resort/rooms : Very good Cleanliness/grounds keeping: very good Entertainment:Good Pros: reasonably priced Cons: Too many vendors at the beach, esp for braids, and excursions. Some guest mentioned they were approached for fun on side, when it was discovered that they were single. This was a big down side for me. Security pacing up and down, both these things notook away from the relaxation. Management needs to do something about the vendors. Would I go back. Not likely
